The major responsibilities include following:
Work closely with Global EOPS and HTS India Director’s on all HTS India spend, revenue and Accolade Hygiene report.
HTS India and Mexico EOPS would be reporting/matrixing into this role.
Work closely with BA EOPS Global Director on affordability model during AOP.
Asset utilization, calibration, SW license repository/renew/optimization, lab accreditation and other initiatives to enable and sustain BA to have world class labs.
Work with GBE PMO and Engineering at HTS to drive CSW vendor rationalization and feedback monitoring.
Drive and support HTS BA INDIA report on Program performances, EAC reports, productivity and HTS BA site KPIs.
Establish near to real-time operational metrics availability to the HTS GBE leaders along with predictive analytics capability.
15+ Years of experience with multi- dimensional exposure in the areas of Engineering Business and operations Management, Project Engineering/ Program management, Financial/Business acumen, and Data analytics.
Two years of experience as Engineering /Functional supervisor with experience in Engineering operations role is preferable, but not a limiting factor for exceptionally talented individuals.
Good oral and written communication skills with brevity. Exposure to executive communication is an added advantage.
Education Qualifications
B.E/B.com or equivalent
MBA/ Certification in Finance is added advantage.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in HR analytics, HR program management, or a similar role in a global environment.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
• Experience in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and HR metrics development.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment across multiple time zones.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of global labor laws, compliance, and best HR practices.

Advanced AI Engineer (Generative AI)
You will be part of the IT Information Management & Analytics team and in this role, you will at the forefront of implementing state-of-the-art Generative AI, Machine Learning and AI Cognitive Services enhanced business use cases. This Advanced AI Engineer role will work with the business stakeholders, IT business partners, functional consultants, and infrastructure/technology teams to deliver innovative AI technology solutions that accelerate digital transformation and drive operational efficiency as well as business growth. You will focus primarily on the full cycle delivery of AI/ML use cases from requirements/design to release, driving the evolution of AI/ML infrastructure/process, and enabling Intelligent Apps & Automation, next generation of AI Copilots/Assistants, etc.
Collaborate with data scientists and data engineers to build production-level models and pipelines, including any required preprocessing of input datasets and postprocessing after model inference.
