MUST HAVE

5+ years of experience in solution sales and/or B2B sales leadership in Industrial Products, Software Solutions in Process /Asset Management domains

5+ years of sales experience selling to industrial plant management, directors, VPs and to C-suite executive

5+ years of experience working in selling complex, often-customized SaaS and Service delivering businesses with cloud-based deployment structures

Experience developing strategic value propositions, presenting solutions and technical information

Strong communicator, with a high level of interpersonal skills, ability to present to audiences

Experience with Salesforce.com CRM

Hauptaufgaben:

  • Konzeptentwicklung zur Realisierung von Kundenanfragen
  • Analyse und Lösung technischer Abhängigkeiten zwischen Teilprojekten
  • Koordination der Zusammenarbeit der Fachabteilungen innerhalb eines Programms
  • Systemexperte und Ansprechpartner für das jeweilige Programm innerhalb Honeywell und gegenüber Kunden
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Prozesskonformität in allen Teilprojekten und Optimierung des Entwicklungsprozesses

Qualifikation:

  • Masterabschluss in Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar
  • Mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Systemen der industriellen Automation
  • Erfahrung in der Projektkoordination und Mitarbeiterführung
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Produkten für Sicherheitsanwendungen sind von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit ALM-Tools wie Polarion oder Jira wünschenswert
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse der relevanten Normen für funktionale Sicherheit und/oder Verbrennungstechnik z.B. IEC 61508, ISO13577
