Qualifications/Requirements:

• High School diploma/GED or Local Equivalent and 2 years technical experience

• Demonstrated basic computer skills and ability to navigate online instructions

• Ability to draw accurate conclusions from test data, malfunctions, or deviations, and assist with corrections to the existing design or process

Desired Characteristics:

• Associates degree in an Electronics or Engineering field

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree in an Electronics or Engineering field, or a technical certificate from a qualifying school with at least 25 credit hours in electronics including classes in electronics assembly, DC/AC/analog electronics, digital fundamentals, troubleshooting, and instrumentation, or a High School diploma and 2 years Electronics experience.

• Proficiency to logically troubleshoot at subsystem and system level, using identifiable problem-solving techniques

• Ability to draw accurate conclusions from test data, malfunctions, or deviations, and assist with corrections to the existing design or process

• Must be able to physically lift (floor to waist, waist to crown level, and horizontally)

• Lift and carry up to 35 lbs. (Anything over 35 lbs. requires assistance.)

• Must be able to perform frequent simple grasping, firm grasping, fine manipulation, neck rotation, and neck flexion frequently throughout the workday

Responsibilities

• Performs manufacturing and maintenance work from detailed work instructions and operational method sheets.

Required Qualifications

The Production Maintenance Technician would provide daily process support, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and repair of flat panel The Production Maintenance Technician would provide daily process support, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and repair of flat panel manufacturing equipment. The GE Healthcare facility located in North Greenbush, NY is a 230,000 sf facility built for the manufacturing of Digital X-ray detectors. The facility houses 60,000 sf of cleanroom environments built for high tech manufacturing. The process equipment consists of High Vacuum Equipment, Photolithography Equipment, Wet Chemistry Processing, Electrical Testing Equipment, and Chemical Plating Equipment. The position will have daily responsibilities for equipment preventative maintenance, repair of processing equipment, and continuous equipment optimization.
Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and optimization of manufacturing equipment. Processing equipment includes Wet etching, Dry etching, and Photolithography, PVD, PECVD, and Chemical plating processes.

• Perform support for tracking/trending of the systems for control and increased system uptime.

• Troubleshooting electronics on process equipment.

• Perform trouble shooting, program reloading, and minor PLC or HMI programing for various type controllers and interfaces.

• Perform repair and maintenance on system robotics.

Production Associate on the Mainframe line Salt Lake City, UT. Employee will help to assemble Elite C-Arm systems on the Salt Lake City Mainframe line. Employee will do so by following work instructions and using tools including torque tools, battery operated torque guns, hand tools, and force gauges. Employee will also take part in safety and other projects as necessary.

• Perform entry to mid-level manufacturing/assembly operations on our production line and other various tasks following procedures, work instructions, and process aid sheets.

• Use lift platforms, hoist, torque tools, and other power hand tools to assemble our X-ray machines.
