Roles and Responsibilities

• Full ownership of the production process from order entry to shipment
• Preemptive planning and investigation to prevent delays or potential issues in the production schedule
• Communicate with stakeholders regarding daily production start-up, testing, and shipment priority
• Monitor and track production and shipping status
• Handle daily communication for order escalations
• Monitor design changes and reflect them in production schedules

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in English
• Interest in medical devices
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in supply chain management
• Familiarity with LEAN methodology
• Strong process management and analytical skills
• Experience with Oracle order management
• Ability to multitask effectively
