About the Role

We’re seeking a strategic and results-driven Commercial Operations Leader to lead and elevate the PCS business across the AKA zone. This role is pivotal in driving commercial excellence, operational rigor, and strategic alignment across ASEAN, Korea, Australia, and New Zealand. You’ll work closely with PCS leaders, modality teams, finance, marketing, and order management to support profitable growth and streamline commercial operations.

Commercial Operations

  • Partner with LCT Commercial and Operations teams to achieve order targets and optimize business outcomes.
  • Closely support the AKA PCS Leader on Commercial Operations.
  • Lead operational execution and forecasting through robust operating mechanisms.
  • Deliver actionable analytics to support weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance.
  • Drive ITO (Inquiry to Order) process alignment across ASEAN, Australia, and New Zealand.

Commercial Excellence & Rigor

  • Lead wing-to-wing commercial excellence initiatives and simplification efforts across AKA.
  • Provide analytical measures of commercial operation rigor (i.e. funnel size, commitments, weekly pacing & etc.) and provide key insights to the AKA leadership team.
    - Drive funnel management rigor by providing insights; funnel size by each period, funnel health, opportunities management, and funnel vs. estimate.
    - Develop efficient measures/ tools and drive commercial rigor (PBI, SFDC) across AKA.
  • Lead deployment and enhancement of commercial tools (SFDC, Apttus).
    - Liaise with LCT commercial & operation team and lead project management of the deployment of new tools. Work with LCT teams to identify challenges and drive consistent solutions across AKA zone.
    - Manage commercial tools (SFDC) governance – account, segment, and other commercial operation structures.
  • Implement key policies and drive process improvements across LCTs.
  • Facilitate best practice sharing and support LCT teams with structural and policy guidance.
  • Closely work with the Business Performance & Insights team to drive digital platform usage and standard work across the zone.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial operations, finance, or business strategy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of driving operational improvements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse teams and levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership and organizational capabilities.

Required Qualifications

  • Collaborate with the International organization to provide input into WWPP (worldwide product planning) process.
  • Prior to launch of all new products, develop the NPI (New Product Introduction) Commercial Launch Plan (CLP). Once approved, measure the effectiveness of the NPI CLP.
  • Work with OTR, Inventory and Supply Chain to manage inventory levels through the PSI process. Ensuring forecasts provide adequate visibility of AKA demand at factory level to allow for timely supply. Ensuring inventory levels in region are leveraged to minimize financial impact on the P&L including the management of demo inventory.
  • Leverage Global & International contacts when inventory and quality issues occur.
  • Collaborate with Commercial and Marketing leadership to determine attendees at conferences as part of the product strategy.
  • Develop product-specific KOL’s and advisory boards. Liaise with leaders in Zone industry associations.
  • Adapt Global marketing assets (including sales tools) to ensure that the region Commercial organization and Channel Partners have the right tools to position and sell the product portfolio effectively.
  • Develop programs to gather regional evidence of customer success, early adopters, show sites, and clinical evidence where appropriate.
