Lead or assist in the installation and configuration of healthcare IT systems and associated hardware, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure and customization to meet facility needs.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure that critical healthcare services are not interrupted.
Engage with healthcare professionals to understand their IT requirements, providing expert advice and solutions to enhance their workflows and improve patient care.
Deliver technical training and support to healthcare staff on using IT systems, developing user manuals, training materials, and other documentation to facilitate system use and troubleshooting.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in healthcare IT, applying this knowledge to improve service delivery and keep systems current.
Skills and Qualifications
Strong technical proficiency with healthcare IT systems, including EHR, medical imaging, and hospital information systems (HIS).
Proficient in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues with a methodical and analytical approach.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple service requests, documentation, and follow-ups.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in different healthcare environments, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and processes.

Roles and Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management for Imaging Digital Solution (IDS) implementations, upgrades, and integrations, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
Coordinate deployment of IDS including DoseWatch, Dose Analytics, and Imaging 360.
Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
Advocate for customer needs internally and ensure feedback is incorporated into product and service improvements.
Identify project risks and issues early, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate when necessary.
Maintain detailed project documentation, timelines, and status reports. Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Ensure all projects comply with healthcare regulations in the region, cybersecurity standards, and internal quality processes.
Capture lessons learned and contribute to the development of best practices and process improvements.

Strong presentation, analytical and customer service skills.
Self-starter, able to manage time and organize and prioritize workload.
Ability to communicate using English and Arabic languages.
