Responsibilities:

Early Career Trainee - Junior Project Specialist is charged with the following employment duties:

  • Order Entry paying special attention to inventory, with compliance to GEHC policies. Updating current status of each project if needed.
  • Ensure that Finance department and OTR and Logistics Manager check the contract
  • Monitoring systems shipping paying special attention to customer credit documentation
  • Timely communicate potential risks in project execution to Project Manager
  • Ensuring timely parts delivery
  • Update customer on project execution status
  • Work in close cooperation with logistics and export teams to plan shipping based on current capacity
  • Passing trainings that are relevant to OTR function
  • Follow GEHC rules and policies
  • Achieve goals and objectives set up by Manager

Requirements:

  • Higher education
  • Upper-Intermediate English and Fluent Russian.
  • 0-2 years of experience in Customer Service\Logistics\Supply Chain or any other related field
  • Strong analytical skills – able to analyze a big amount of data.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, knowledge of Excel, ERP system experience is an advantage.
  • Good organization and communication skills, ability to communicate at all levels with cross functional teams based in Russia and Europe.
  • Strong interpersonal skills / self-motivated and result oriented team player.
  • Ability to quickly identify and prioritize issues, create solutions and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Service Sales orders and sales operations target for assigned accounts and or territory;
  • Ensure pricing compliance for segment opportunities;
  • Forecast sales within the applicable sales funnel tools;
  • Create territory/account plans including opportunity development, competitive strategies and targets;
  • Build strong business relationships and formulate account relationship plans within the assigned accounts/ territory, identify & respond to key account technical and departmental decision makers’ needs and maintain customer contact records in the relevant tools (SFDC etc.);
  • Maintain a network of key opinion leaders within the assigned territory;
  • Maintain up to date detailed knowledge of their product/solution/services. Be able to present and discuss the technology and clinical benefits in terms which are relevant to customers;
  • Develop their understanding of the customers changing clinical and/or operational issues and challenges;
  • Identify current clinical and technical needs of clients;
  • Create viable product configurations which meet customer needs effectively, while achieving optimum margin for GE;
  • Differentiate assigned product offering during the various stages of the sales process
  • Effectively using GE resources and approved product marketing and product promotion material towards a successful outcome for GE;
  • Represent the company at relevant medical conferences and technical exhibitions to promote product/solution and company;
  • Identify and create new opportunities and work with account teams to continuously increase prospect funnel;
  • Estimate date of delivery to customer based on knowledge of the company's production and delivery schedules;
  • Contribute to account plans at accounts covered by account managers/executives;
  • Collaborate with and leverage subject matter experts and other resources within GEHC channels to build relationships and secure business;
  • Share and follow-up identified leads to other product lines within own accounts and or One GEHC accounts;
  • Adhere to and uphold highest standards of compliance to relevant international and local Regulatory and GE Healthcare Promotional Codes;
  • Adhere to all applicable GE and GE Healthcare compliance policies, codes and training requirements
  • Identify any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required

Requirements

  • Higher education in technical, medical or finance fields
  • Minimum 3 years of selling/promotion experience in a medical, healthcare or technical field
  • Ability to interface with both internal team members and external customers as part of solutions based sales approach
  • Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization
  • Strong capacity and drive to develop career
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in local language as well as good command of English
  • Ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate in simple messages
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent negotiation & closing skills

Lead Modality Sales Specialist is a highly-educated specialist with solid knowledge of the product including technical side. Lead Modality Sales Specialist works directly with key clients, strengthens the channels, and participates in regional and national conferences. Lead Modality Sales Specialist uses marketing tools and strategies in market analysis and product promotion.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Quoting the product features and price according with key clients’ requests and technical requirements

  • Driving render/bid process including the needs qualification, vendor selection, quotation and closure of their product/solution/service opportunities to meet orders, sales, and margin targets as well as to maximize customer satisfaction

  • Maintaining up to date detailed knowledge of their product/solution/services. Be able to present and discuss the technology and clinical benefits in terms which are relevant to customers.
  • Providing market analysis (of the assigned region) for marketing strategy and ensure implementation of the marketing strategy in LCT
  • Conducting market, competitor, and win/loss analysis; providing feedback from the field for the purpose of product gaps analysis; participating in price execution process
  • Organizing and managing Round Table, Electronic Theater, and Works Show · Providing support in reference sites management; managing customer calls/meetings
  • Providing promotion support of the product within the assigned territory including, but not limited to coordinated marketing strategy, participation and organization of national/local conferences and master-classes ·
  • Maintaining and developing a network of Local KOL; assisting MSM in managing National KOL
  • Participating in creation and realization of strategic projects and multi-modality solutions ·
  • Assisting MSM in product trainings for partners, MSS, and other newcomers (Adv. App, MTS); providing cross-region back-up for MSS/MSM · Communicating (if necessary) with Federal Antitrust Commission as a product specialist of GE Healthcare ·
  • Participating in LCT & modality operational mechanisms including, but not limited to deals analysis & review, BAR, and QMI · Collecting and sharing data using various systems (SFDC, Server, Colab, etc.)

Required Qualifications

  • Medical Degree or Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in a technical field;
  • At least 3 years of work experience
  • Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel and other data-based programs);
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Fluent English;
  • Ability to deliver results in a tight schedulewith minimum supervision
