As MR Product Sales Specialist Central-Southern Italy in the, you will be responsible for promoting, selling and following-up MR products, solutions and services in the region. You will be called on as a technical product expert to develop and present sales proposals and systems solutions. This position is not account assigned, and you will work in close collaboration with account-assigned Sales Account Managers to close the sale.
Our Imaging products empower healthcare professionals to better see inside the body, which helps improve the diagnosis, monitoring and treatment of disease.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Maximize sales orders, margin, market share, customer satisfaction of MR modality and business solutions;
  • Develop good long term customer relationships, and high customer satisfaction whilst utilizing to optimum level resources in the team and Company/GE businesses;
  • Organize product demonstrations, sites visits and follow-up and prepare, co-ordinate the tender response and validate the tender documentation in collaboration with Sales Account Manager;
  • Providing pricing strategy and ensure pricing compliance for segment opportunities;
  • Providing training to all sales team members on strategy and product offerings;
  • Generates, record and maintain customer profiles, including keeping track of key decision makers and ensures knowledge and compliance with Company policies and quality processes;
  • Maximize sales orders, margin, market share, customer satisfaction of MR modality and business solutions;
  • Develop good long term customer relationships, and high customer satisfaction whilst utilizing to optimum level resources in the team and Company/GE businesses;
  • Compiling lists of prospective customers and sales leads. Follow up as necessary;
  • Support sales of assigned Interventional product and business solutions to customers;
  • Organize product demonstrations, sites visits and follow-up;
  • Prepare and co-ordinate the tender response and validate the tender documentation in collaboration with Sales Account Manager;
  • Co-ordinate customer follow-up and IB action to ensure maximum retention rate;
  • Representing the company at trade association meetings to promote product and company;
  • Track market effectively and provide accurate current and forecasts data using information tools available. ;
  • Communicate market information effectively to/from the field including competitor data.
  • Communicate effectively with members of sales/marketing/service team to maximize all sales potential and communicates leads to relevant colleagues.
  • Generates, record and maintain customer profiles, including keeping track of key decision makers.
  • Ensures knowledge of and compliance with Company policies and quality processes

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree or selling experience in a medical MR field
  • Selling & Negotiation skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Technical expertise in Interventional is valued.
  • Able to travel
  • Fluent in English
  • Valid motor vehicle license

As a Southern Europe Finance Analyst, you will join the GE HealthCare Pharmaceutical Diagnostics (PDx) business segment. You will drive profitable growth while managing company risk and ensuring financial integrity. Reporting into the Southern Europe finance manager, you will be a key point of contact for handling complex tasks or problems and requires interaction with different teams of center of excellence, controllership and cash teams particularly on commercial finance. You will be a leader to drive business optimization, rigor, inclusivity, and create a world where healthcare has no limits.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Business partnering with Commercial team, PDx HQ and other stakeholders
  • Cash and Collections monitoring, elimination of Past Dues, monitor customer credit limits
  • Support business profitability and regional financial results and growth.
  • Owner of budgeting, forecasting, finance processes & planning cycles, variance analysis (vs plan, vs last year etc.)
  • Owner of month end and quarter end financial close periods
  • Ensure credibility through forecasting accuracy
  • Identify price, margin improvements and cost productivities. Support the commercial team to implement.
  • Communicate in depth and timely business performance analysis, develop deep domain expertise on customers/market dynamics/growth trends. Ownership and accountability of Regional P&L from sales to EBIT and cash performance
  • Prepare periodic and ad-hoc analysis for finance and operational leadership teams
  • Promote PDx HQ guidelines, be an advocate of change


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance & relevant financial work experience
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Excellent written and spoken Italian and English
  • Advanced of MS Excel user, Power BI is a plus

Desired Characteristics

  • Experience in commercial finance/ reporting or/and FP&A role
  • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to add value to operating teams
  • Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and to prioritize under pressure; accelerate pacing of actions
  • Adaptable/Flexible: being open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situations
  • Good knowledge of SAP and Power BI
