תיאור:
Responsible for providing comprehensive support in pre- and post-contractual administration and management, including contract terms and conditions and claims management. The role also involves defining, managing, and executing risk modeling activities to support contracts or projects, as well as overseeing contract estimating processes to support tenders and project reviews. This position impacts departmental operations and is accountable for planning and execution. While the role offers some autonomy, it primarily focuses on executing tasks within an established operational framework, guided by standard functional practices and procedures. Some judgment may be required, typically exercised with guidance.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts

  • Provide both service agreement, and time and material program management

  • Assist in sales campaigns for new contracts and proposals

  • Assure timely resolution of customer issues and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts

  • Interact with members of the customer service, parts & transactional services, field service, repair service and/or other teams · Function as liaison between internal organizations and customers for assigned contracts

  • Developing in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy.

  • In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.

  • Uses some level of judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters but with guidance. Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks. Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.

  • A job at this level is likely to be an individual contributor with proven interpersonal skills or an early people leader who can hire and develop talent. Provides informal guidance to new team members

  • Technical knowledge of Diagnostic Imaging equipment (CT, MRI, Cath Lab, PET CT, etc)

Required Qualifications

  • This role requires advanced experience in the Services & Customer Contract Management.

  • Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college

  • Customer handling and commercial understanding is required with minimum 8 years of experience.

Desired Characteristics

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems

  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs

  • Driving Channel partners to meet the desired number.

Customer facing staff responsible for winning business. Impacts the team's ability to achieve service, quality and timeliness of objectives. Subject to Commercial policy objectives. Has independence in achieving commercial objectives within operating budgets and operating guidelines. There is moderate autonomy within the role to enter into/execute Commercial arrangements. High levels of Commercial judgment are required to achieve outcomes required.

Roles and Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Responsible for the Premium business of Ultrasound ,growing the market, working with the segment and clinical teams and also responsible for developing the KOL’s for the business
  • Work closely with the segment leaders to grow the market share and also the profitability and is totally responsible for leading the team to deliver profitable growth and drive the linearity vision of 30-30-40 across M1, M2 and M3 and work closely with ICP and GW and supports the overall vision of growing the Premium ultrasound business.
  • Within a geographic area, responsible for Premium Ultrasound Products .
  • Require specialized knowledge across product lines, markets, sales processes, or customer groups. Requires strong commercial awareness, and is expected to influence the development of strategy for their broad sales territory, including control of resources
  • Interpret simple internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services. Stays informed of industry trends that may inform work
  • Use high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems within projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns or customers. Has ability to assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders or customers. Able to offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and is able to construct and provide recommendations. Uses multiple internal and some external sources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision
  • Manage a small to medium team of senior professionals as well as others. May lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Communicate difficult concepts and may influence others' options on particular topics. May guide others to consider a different point of view


Required Qualifications:

  • This role requires significant experience of 10 years of in Sales of which at-least 3-5 years should be in leading a team or region preferably in Ultrasound modality. Knowledge level is comparable to a degree from an accredited university or college
  • MBA/Post Graduation in Marketing will be preferred

Desired Characteristics:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills
