You will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining directory and identity management solutions within the enterprise. Your expertise will span Tier-0 infrastructure, including Microsoft AD, EntraID, LDAP, Storage and Compute platforms.   • Directory Design and Administration:

  • L4-Operations Management:

In this role, you will have an opportunity to work alongside order management and customer service professionals within various fields related to the execution of customer orders in DACH region. You will gain exposure supporting the Sales teams and assisting the greater Supply Chain organization in achieving its annual goals and objectives as an active participant.
Responsibilities:

  • Validating and booking customer orders with accuracy and according to compliance requirements

  • Managing open orders backlog to ensure timely fulfillment, delivery, invoicing, and closure

  • Communicating with different stakeholders, both internal and external, in various functions (commercial team, manufacturing, finance, logistics, warehouse, controllership, transportation companies etc.)

  • Identifying and escalating order execution risks and issues

  • Processing Returns and Out Of Box Failures

  • Ordering demo inventory in support of Commercial Sales

Qualifications/Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED or local equivalent
