As a member of the Data Science team, you will be responsible for:

  • Feature scoping: engage with clinical stakeholders to understand customer pain points. Drive the process of converting ideas into technical specifications that become the basis of the project plan and timeline.

Minimum Requirements
  • Master degree in AI, Computer Science, or related technical fields
  • Strong knowledge and background of AI
  • Advanced knowledge of Python, Databases (SQL), Git
  • Basic experience with other programming languages, preferably C++
  • Fluent in English
  • Self organized, disciplined and reliable way of working. Needs to manage their own time effectively and set their own goals.
  • Able to distil information down to key points and express information clearly and concisely.
  • Successfully finished a complex Data Science project (academic or industrial)

  • Cares for the effective design transfer of New Product Introduction Programs from GE Healthcare Engineering development to deliver a High Quality, Manufacturable solution at our selected suppliers.

  • Evaluates supplier technical capabilities as an enabler for the best supplier selection process possible.

  • Establish and empower working relationships with external and internal interfaces (Suppliers, Sourcing, Design and Manufacturing Engineering, Service, etc).

  • Influences the product design specifications at the design stage to support effective Design transfer to Manufacturing to ensure that customer requirements are understood, internalized and implemented in all New Products Development Programs.

  • Ensures adequate due diligence is applied throughout the NPI cycle to deliver to Program and Customer requirements.

  • Drives a continuous improvement culture in all we do: Design, Manufacturing and Program Delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology or a related discipline

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in quality management

  • Practical knowledge of Electronics Manufacturing Environment and Manufacturing Processes both for flex and rigid Electronic Boards

  • Effective problem solving, root-cause analytical skills and influence others to drive change (cross-functional and global) (TPS, 6 Sigma, Lean experience)

  • Experience with industrial development methods, DFM, DFT applications and subsequent implementation at the level of new product introduction are appreciated

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Established skills in project management

  • Willingness to travel within Europe 10-20%

  • Fluent communication in English, German is a plus

  • Desired Knowledge of the IPC-A-610 standard for the acceptance of electronic assemblies

As a Clinical Product Management Trainee, you will play a crucial role in the clinical development of our ultrasound product solutions. Key Responsibilities/essential functions include:

  • Help define, design and refine products and services to address customer needs
  • Be a strong clinical voice in all product discussions, making sure the needs and trends from all global markets are evaluated as part of decision making

  • Communicate clinical feedback to product management and R&D, filter and summarize this feedback for use in product roadmap and NPI definition

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Sciences, Health Studies, Master in Sonography, Healthcare Management or a related field or degree as Sonographer/ Midwife in Obstetrics/ Gynaecology, Radiographer or Biomedical Analytics
  • Previous experience in clinical product management, engineering support, or customer relationship management is not mandatory but a big plus
  • Strong understanding of ultrasound technology and ideally of women's health
  • Proficiency in English (fluency required - written & verbal), German (nice to have)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
