What you’ll be doing:

• Own and manage the full technical integration lifecycle for enterprise customers in Japan and APAC.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all technical matters during onboarding, from pre-sale to go-live.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans , ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation.
• Lead regular project calls with customer stakeholders, maintaining clear communication, documentation, and alignment across teams.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Forter’s integration stack: APIs, JavaScript, JSON, and broader web technologies.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams (R&D, Product, Analytics, Solutions Consulting, Sales, and Customer Success) to ensure smooth delivery.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges, using a solution-oriented approach to keep projects on track.
• Perform data/technical gap analyses , documenting requirements and managing technical expectations.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, guides, and tools to streamline the onboarding process.
• Continuously evaluate and improve Forter’s integration methodology based on learnings and customer feedback.

Who are you?

• Fluency in Japanese and English , with experience in a global, cross-functional environment. This role will support both Japanese clients within Japan, and clients across APAC
• 5 – 7 years of experience in technical implementation, integration, or solution engineering roles.
• Client-facing experience with enterprise customers, ideally in SaaS, payments, fraud prevention, or eCommerce.
• Strong technical knowledge of API integrations, JavaScript, JSON, and web/database technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects across diverse stakeholders and geographies.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with both technical and business audiences.
• A proactive, self-starter mindset with an ownership mentality and strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction.

Bonus Points For

• Experience in the payments, fraud prevention , or digital commerce industries.
• Familiarity with project management tools and agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of risk management or transaction monitoring technologies.
