As a Quality Control Engineer your main responsibility is to ensure that products are made to the highest level of quality. This includes overseeing the quality of raw materials, production processes, and finished products. Your job description entails working with cross-functional teams to establish quality standards, testing processes, and inspection protocols. We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Global IT Alerting Services Lead to manage and support our critical incident and alerting systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of Everbridge, facilitating its transition to ServiceNow On-Call, and advising on broader IT alerting and event management strategies. The ideal candidate will provide essential 1st-level support, guide system enhancements, lead project implementations, and foster strong relationships across internal teams and with vendors.
