In this position...

The Platform Process and Metrics Engineer plays a pivotal role in standardizing and optimizing the operational processes within the platform organization. This role focuses on designing, documenting, and maintaining clear workflows, managing the central knowledge base (e.g., Wiki) for process mapping and metric definitions, and facilitating training to ensure consistent adoption. The Engineer will collaborate closely with the Platform Release Planning team and other stakeholders to drive efficiency, transparency, and continuous improvement across platform operations.

In this position...

The End-to-End Process Architect owns the cross-functional end-to-end value stream map and data structure for the business processes on a critical program. This person is accountable in real time that the process works to deliver the program.

This is a hybrid position in Dearborn, MI and the team is normally onsite 4 days/week. Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates
