An AECD Compliance Specialist will interface with subject matter experts within the company to lead in the development of records characterizing vehicle emissions control functionality and in implementing related regulatory requirements and processes. They will ensure on-time delivery of required information to the regulatory agencies across multiple markets and coordinate responses to agency questions as necessary to support vehicle emissions certification approvals. This position requires a foundational understanding of engine operation and aftertreatment thermochemistry affecting emissions formation and control along with the ability to communicate on complex vehicle system control processes. Candidates should be self-motivated with established problem-solving skills and possess a high level of interpersonal skills to work effectively across diverse and cross-functional teams utilizing strong written and oral communication skills.

are paid a top hourly base rate of $44.155, plus applicable shift, overtime, and holiday premiums. The starting rate for this position is $43.955 with pay increases to the top rate upon completion of three consecutive months of employment.

This job is posted as HYBRID, with up to four days per week onsite is required from our Dearborn, MI., offices.
