This position is for an experienced Hot End Exhaust Design and Release (D&R) Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for design and release activities, coordination of supplier deliverables, and quality/warranty issue resolution associated with hot end exhaust systems/subsystems on current and forward model applications.

The High Voltage Electrical Distribution Systems Design and Release (HV EDS D&R) Engineer is responsible for the design, development, validation, and release of the High Voltage (HV) wiring harnesses under their responsibility. This role involves a comprehensive understanding of electrical engineering principles, high voltage safety, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams from concept to production. The HV EDS D&R Engineer will also be responsible for driving design improvements that lead to increased quality and optimizations in cost and weight. The ideal candidate will ensure that all high voltage designs meet performance, cost, quality, safety, and regulatory requirements for the product.

In this position...

The candidate will work with internal and external customers to develop competitive cost & weight efficient designs. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible to engineer the required CAD and lead analytical and physical analysis to deliver a system that will meet all prescribed requirements. As the program matures, responsibilities will shift to product testing, delivering PSW, and launching within one of Ford’s many assembly plants.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill a unique Hybrid Product Manager/Developer role, leading the development and enhancement of our suite of cybersecurity applications. This role is critical in driving the product roadmap, prioritizing features, and ensuring our applications meet the evolving needs of security analysts and automation workflows. In addition to traditional product management responsibilities, this role will also involve contributing to the development and maintenance of our applications through coding and other technical tasks. The Restraints D&R Engineer is responsible for the design and release of restraints components and systems for new and current vehicles including:

• Managing project timing, releasing drawings and engineering specifications.
• Creating specific FMA Documents, DVP&R, and quality documents.
• Part delivery on time for each program milestone.
• Tracking of supplier’s deliverables.

Commodities include Seatbelts, Airbags, Steering Wheels, Buckles, Height Adjusters, etc.
