Coming up with innovative ways to spend the SED budget and fund the right projects and preparing internal communication

• Collaborate with other teams on projects, including HR, Finance, Marketing and Remarketing
• Ensure all tasks are done on time and deadlines are met
• Being able to communicate effectively and in a timely fashion
• Paying attention to detail when preparing internal communication
• Facilitating internal events for employees and external stakeholders, including media
• Working effectively in a team

• Ensure labour stability across Ford Manufacturing operation.
• Facilitate and maintain a constructive and effective union/management relationship.
• Provide expert credible advice and guidance on the provision and strategically sound application and implementation of all policies, procedures and practices.

• Sound knowledge of and the ability to apply labour legislation
• Ability to analyze, interpret and apply and implement policies, decisions, collective agreements and legislation
• Advanced writing and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including excellent listening, superior oral and written communication, presentation, conflict resolution skills
• Mediation/facilitation skills: ability to work with various parties with an understanding of the influences on their behaviour and attitudes
• Ability to draft, recommend changes to and substantiate departmental policies and procedures based upon analyzing trends in the labour relations environment
• Ability to use discretion and flexibility with considerable independence and to identify the effective application of policies and procedures to individual cases
• Ability to manage complex group and personal dynamics and relationships while contributing effectively in a team environment
• Ability to apply disciplinary & grievance processes
• Ability to promote professional and effective communication through consultation with Union members
• Ability to interpret and implement Union/Company agreements
