The IT Organization
Strategy and Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in partnering with both Global and Indian leadership across all levels to drive strategic initiatives and maximize value through data-driven decision-making. The responsibilities include defining the IT Organization strategy/roadmap in alignment with Global organizational objectives, defining plans for organization-wide initiatives/charters to deliver operational transformation/efficiencies, organizational design, and defining operating model/KPIs.

The role requires effective communication and presentation skills, strategic thinking and planning, market research, IT consulting, business acumen, the ability to solve organizational problems from people, process, innovation, and cost perspectives, and the ability to facilitate collaboration across levels.

• Develop solutions using Documentum technologies (OpenText Documentum Products: Content Server, Webtop, DFC, D2.)
• Work on production support requests & incidents and manage them until closure per SLA requirements.
• Work with infrastructure team on project dependencies and highlight any support required to management to ensure on time delivery.
• Collaborate with others (e.g. System Designer/Analysts, Architects) to establish the architecture, maintain the security and controls framework needed for the project.
• Participate actively in meetings with Business and other IT stakeholders.
• Work with Anchor to develop solutions for features as required.
• Adhere to relevant Ford IT processes. Follows Agile software processes, culture, best practices, and techniques.
• Contribute to continuous improvements, identify and eliminate waste.

• Implement and test intelligent automations in Maestro based MP&L applications.
• Contribute to the implementation of “Supply AI” & “Demand AI” to improve planning and execution capabilities.
• Implement (Coding & Configuration in Maestro) Improvements to the end-to-end value stream across applications.
• Work with business teams and align to specific needs and implement process improvements.
• Implement Diagnostics and KPIs for measuring performance against targets.
• Implement capability to improve buildability and production stability.
• Implement demand driven planning and execution solutions.
• Implement production planning for Powertrain and Battery plants.

GSCI Analyst is primarily responsible to support, coordinate, and implement MP&L systems for plants Globally. We are specifically looking for a SME to look after Plant floor Applications ( SMART, SKS and NGAVS)
