The Opportunity:

The Senior Security Technical Program Manager will be responsible for driving the planning, execution, and delivery of security initiatives and programs across the organization. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the security of our applications. Establish strong relationships with different stakeholders in order to communicate and drive the security roadmap.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in security, experience in security by design and Secure-SDLC, excellent project management skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on application security matters, providing guidance and support to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Lead the development and implementation of application security programs and initiatives to protect the organization's software assets and mitigate security risks.
  • Work closely with product and engineering departments to guarantee and confirm program scope, priorities, and Definition of Done, thereby ensuring the attainment of defined business outcomes
  • Collaborate with software development, SRE, Program Managers and QA teams to integrate security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Coordinate the resolution of vulnerabilities identified by the application security team, coordinating with engineering teams to ensure timely remediation.
  • Define and report on development lifecycle security compliance, success metrics and active progress.
  • Oversee security assessments, audits, and compliance activities to identify vulnerabilities and ensure adherence to security standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Coordinate the threat and vulnerability management, secret management, and the third-party security program to improve our security posture and mitigate risks effectively.
  • Drive continuous improvement of security processes and procedures, leveraging automation and technology where applicable.
  • Represent the user's interests in security designs, actively gather feedback, pinpoint security hurdles, and incorporate them into our strategic planning.
  • Manage relationships with external security vendors, consultants, and other stakeholders to augment internal capabilities and stay abreast of industry trends and emerging threats.
  • Lead efforts to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing application security, such as GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, and others.

Qualifications:

Finance Manager - Cash Reconciliation and Reporting

This role will be responsible for working with cash operations, treasury, product and accounting to ensure accurate reconciliation of incoming receipts and outgoing payments. Flywire processes over $20 billion of payments through our various products, and ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation is key to our success. In addition to the daily, weekly and monthly cash reconciliation process, this opportunity will provide ample opportunities to drive process and product improvements to drive scale.

Here's What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting; Master's degree preferred
  • 5-7 years of experience working with cash reconciliations with a large volume of transactions
  • High proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, reconciliation reports, and accounting software within NetSuite is preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with financial reporting and analysis
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Familiarity with payment processing systems and technologies

The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Payments Platform team, focusing on refunds payment
space. This role is responsible for designing and managing refunds and returns supporting all Flywire
markets, defining product roadmaps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. In this role, you’ll:

  • Define and lead the product roadmap for refunds payments across the company, aligning with strategic goals and verticals.
  • Collaborate with third-party partners, clients, and vertical teams to deliver competitive payments solutions.
  • Lead new products and functionalities through collaboration with clients, stakeholders, payment partners, operations, monetisation, and engineering teams.
  • Serve as the product expert of your domain, understanding its place within the Flywire ecosystem.
  • Communicate product vision and progress to stakeholders across Flywire, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Travel occasionally for meetings with teammates and partners, or to attend key events.

Here’s What We’re Looking For:

  • A profile that demonstrates a passion for Payments!
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in the FinTech or Payments space.
  • A strong product mindset with the ability to understand the payment landscape client and market needs.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills—you can represent Flywire at industry events and in partner meetings with confidence.
  • Effective teamwork and the ability to lead through influence are important.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment, with a bias toward action, execution and results.

Sales Associate (French Speaking) – Education Vertical, Mainland Europe

What You’ll Do

  • 📞 Drive new business across universities, language schools, and education providers — with a strong focus on the French market.
  • 🔑 Own the sales cycle end-to-end : outreach, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, and close.
  • 🧩 Tailor solutions in collaboration with marketing, product, and customer success teams.
  • 📊 Keep CRM records sharp, accurate, and up to date to fuel pipeline reporting.
  • 🌍 Travel across Europe (10–15%) to build stronger relationships and close key opportunities.

What You’ll Bring

  • Fluency in French & English (German or Spanish a bonus).
  • 1–2 years’ sales or customer-facing experience (inside sales, business development, telesales, or similar).
