The Opportunity:

🚀 Join Flywire as Senior Product Manager – Payments Platform (Disbursements) and help power seamless outbound payments across 240+ countries 🌍.

You’ll own the roadmap for Flywire’s disbursements platform—driving scalable, automated solutions that support payables, refunds, and global payouts. This is your chance to work at the heart of Flywire’s mission to deliver the world’s most important payments.

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ 7+ years of product management experience (ideally with internal platforms, financial ops, or global payment systems).
💳 Strong understanding of disbursement flows, refunds, and payout processes (bonus: reconciliation & partner integrations).
⚙️ Experience with scalable internal tools focused on automation, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.
🌐 Strategic thinker with a systems mindset, connecting high-level goals with execution.
🤝 Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
🛠️ Comfort with technical discussions (APIs, architecture, data flows) without needing to code.
📢 Clear communicator who aligns stakeholders across technical and business domains.

The Opportunity:

The Senior Security Technical Program Manager will be responsible for driving the planning, execution, and delivery of security initiatives and programs across the organization. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the security of our applications. Establish strong relationships with different stakeholders in order to communicate and drive the security roadmap.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in security, experience in security by design and Secure-SDLC, excellent project management skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on application security matters, providing guidance and support to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Lead the development and implementation of application security programs and initiatives to protect the organization's software assets and mitigate security risks.
  • Work closely with product and engineering departments to guarantee and confirm program scope, priorities, and Definition of Done, thereby ensuring the attainment of defined business outcomes
  • Collaborate with software development, SRE, Program Managers and QA teams to integrate security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Coordinate the resolution of vulnerabilities identified by the application security team, coordinating with engineering teams to ensure timely remediation.
  • Define and report on development lifecycle security compliance, success metrics and active progress.
  • Oversee security assessments, audits, and compliance activities to identify vulnerabilities and ensure adherence to security standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Coordinate the threat and vulnerability management, secret management, and the third-party security program to improve our security posture and mitigate risks effectively.

Finance Manager - Cash Reconciliation and Reporting

This role will be responsible for working with cash operations, treasury, product and accounting to ensure accurate reconciliation of incoming receipts and outgoing payments. Flywire processes over $20 billion of payments through our various products, and ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation is key to our success. In addition to the daily, weekly and monthly cash reconciliation process, this opportunity will provide ample opportunities to drive process and product improvements to drive scale.

Here's What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting; Master's degree preferred
  • 5-7 years of experience working with cash reconciliations with a large volume of transactions
  • High proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, reconciliation reports, and accounting software within NetSuite is preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with financial reporting and analysis
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Familiarity with payment processing systems and technologies

Your primary responsibility will be to lead the day-to-day tasks to build and maintain the platform that supports the money movement of our industry leading payment engine moving hundreds of millions everyday.

You will be joining a team in charge of designing new functionalities and improving the current capabilities to improve speed, cost and scalability of our product. Thus, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, pragmatic design, building quality products and to convey the sensation that the product is the responsibility of all the team is essential. You will be responsible for ensuring high quality code in a team defined timeframe.

  • Coordinate and support daily activities for engineers on the team and partner with their managers to determine approach for managing daily tasks
  • Track success on the team based on established goals and objectives
  • Play a strong technical role on projects and set priorities for the team to ensure task completion
  • Work on issues of limited scope with the ability to find and execute solutions to routine problems
  • Write clean, high quality, testable, secure, maintainable and extendable code
  • Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
  • Provide estimates, track progress, assess risk and manage the time of team members
  • Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
  • Partake in the recruitment process by identifying and exciting great talent
  • Understand scalability and performance status and make improvement for scalability
  • Drive change and improvement in all phases of the development lifecycle
  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications
  • Contribute to the product vision by collaborating with Product Managers and stakeholders
  • Drive initiatives to lead projects as well as mentor team members

Here’s What We’re Looking For:

  • 6+ years of experience in web application development
  • 2+ years of managing and developing engineering teams
  • Experience in designing, developing and supporting scalable, performant and reliable web applications and distributed systems
  • Seasoned in techniques such TDD and BDD
  • Proficient working with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD)
  • Understanding of relational databases
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented fundamentals
  • Great understanding of the other disciplines in the cross functional team: QAs, Product and SREs
  • Fluent in English, as it is the company’s working language
  • Experience in FinTech or the payment industry will be appreciated
  • The ability to deliver high quality code and learn quickly
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams including product and support
