The “” will be based in Dongguan.

Responsibilities:

• Primary Responsibility
• 1) Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing and evaluation.
• 2) Devises sampling procedures and designs and develops forms and instructions for recording, evaluating and reporting quality data.
• 3) Develops and implements methods and procedures for disposition of discrepant material and devises methods to assess cost and responsibility.
• 4) Compiles and writes training material and conducts training sessions on quality control activities.
• 5) Assures data availability and integrity for all quality related data. Consolidates and reports quality results.
• 6) Initiates corrective action requests as needed and tracks to satisfactory completion.
• 7) Assists with development and implementation of quality audits.
• 8) Designs and implements methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and/or production equipment.
• 9) Analyzes reports for returned products and recommends corrective action. 10) Approves product, process and equipment qualifications.
• 11) Drives end to end process yield improvement.
• 3.2 Secondary Responsibility
• 1) Assist QA manager in improve quality management level and customer satisfaction.
• 2) Collect enough source information ofsuppliers/customers/equipment/engineeringetc.
• 3) Any other duties assigned as and when.

Qualifications:

• 4.1 Education Qualification
• 1) Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Other Related Flied engineering.
• 2) High Education Diploma in Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronic or Other Related Flied engineering.
• 4.2 Knowledge & Skills
• 1) Demonstrates advanced functional and technical skills and basic process skills. Typically requires skill and troubleshooting, and diagnostics, and overview of the entire test process and the ability to train others.
• 2) Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively communicate with managers and employees of the organizations.
• 3) Reasoning Ability: to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
• 4) Prefer to have a certification of CQE, CQT, or CQM.

What a typical day looks like:

• Lead the plan, execution and follow up for Quality Management System maintenance and continuously improvement driving (Level 1~4 procedure and documents), to meet business needs for both internally and externally requirements.
• Lead the regular internal audit, management review and external audits, to meet ISO and international standards compliance requirement and related certificates renew as valid, including ISO 9001, 45001, 14001, QC080000, ESD S20.20.
• DCC (Document Control and record retention) management.
• HSF (RoHS & HF) documentation and test reports regular collection and review.
• FCCP custom BOM maintenance management.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor degree
• Mininum 3 year work experiences of QMS(Quality Management System)
• Good English withwriting/reading/Listening/speaking
• Familiar for productenvironment(ROHS&HF)control and US/EU/CN etc requirements
