We are looking for a technical expert with proven experience in the crypto space, who can bridge complex business requirements with practical implementation. This role requires direct engagement with some of the largest financial institutions and digital asset firms globally.

• Solution Design & Implementation - Engage and consult with strategic clients to architect secure, scalable solutions. This includes offering best-practice recommendations, live solution design and discussions, and facilitating discovery conversations to better understand client use cases.
• Technical Leadership – Lead complex integration projects, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory best practices.
• Client Engagement – Act as a trusted advisor, translating business needs into technical architectures and delivering strategic guidance.
• Innovation – Stay ahead of digital asset trends, blockchain advancements, and evolving financial infrastructure.

• 5+ years proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar technical role in the crypto or digital assets space.
• Ability to analyze the impacts and benefits of potential solutions given available data, and the ability to adjust recommendations on-the-fly as more data becomes available.
• Demonstrated experience in REST-based architecture, including OAS 3.0 spec and knowledge of webhooks and websockets. This includes the ability to write code and deliver efficient solutions against customer timelines.
• Ability to design and deliver scalable and secure solutions for large-scale enterprises.
• Experience working with major financial institutions, custodians, or digital asset service providers.
• Deep knowledge of crypto and blockchain technology, including Web3, DeFi, and smart contracts.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Previous experience in designing high-availability architectures is a plus.

It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and each compensation decision is dependent on each individual case. A reasonable base salary range estimate for this position is $160,000 to $210,000. The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which for some roles may include a target bonus, a very competitive equity grant, and very generous benefits.
