Your key responsibilities

• Be a key participant in work streams and engagements as you translate client needs into project tasks and deliverables.
• Develop business strategies using tools such as market analysis, customer research, macroeconomic forecasting, and portfolio optimization.
• Review transaction rationale and/or deal documents to identify critical business issues and risks relating to a proposed transaction.
• Collect, analyze, and translate large amounts of qualitative and quantitative data into realistic plans, goals, and actionable.
• Work closely with clients to define the objective and scope of the engagements and deliverables in consultation with your seniors.
• Motivate and counsel junior team members with diverse skills and backgrounds.

• At minimum, a bachelor's degree from a top-ranking school in Turkey, Europe or US with outstanding academic performance, preferably in the field of Engineering, Economics, Business Administration
• At least 2 to 4 years preferably of strategy consulting experience, preferably at a global consulting house
• Experience in working on ‘big picture’ strategy projects which includes commercial due diligence, digital transformation, growth strategy, and market strategy
• Ability to make detailed assessments of industries, products, markets, competitors and customers to identify risks and opportunities
• Effective organization and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical ability to shape the business agenda and define strategic roadmaps

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, ASA, ACCA) is preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in valuation, financial modeling, or economic analysis.
• Proven track record of managing teams and projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.

• Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of issues including corporate governance, commercial contracts, employment law, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.
• Draft, review, and help negotiate commercial agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, and other legal documents.
• Monitor and help ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Higher education in Law
• 5 years of experience as a practicing lawyer, preferably with in-house legal experience.
• Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, employment, and regulatory law.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong ethical standards and professional integrity.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Russian language – fluent; English – at least upper intermediate level

Requirements:

• A university degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in financial principles and accounting practices;
• ACCA certificate (in progress will be a plus)
• Excellent writing skills both in Russian and English languages; knowledge of Uzbek is a plus;
• 1-3 years of experience in auditing, accounting and reporting in accordance with IFRS,
• Big4 experience at the same area will be a plus.

General Responsibilities:

• Assistance in development of accounting policies, methodological support of projects on automation of accounting processes;
• Assistance in development of methodology, accounting manual and methodology of managerial accounting;
• Assistance in recovery of accounting function of the clients;
• Assistance in the compilation of financial statements, transformation of financial statements from NAS of Republic of Uzbekistan to IFRS;
• Assistance in preparing the client's financial statements for the audit in accordance with NAS of Republic of Uzbekistan and IFRS;
• Assistance in analysis of the accounting function of the clients and identification of shortcomings and offering recommendations, etc.
