ServiceNow Senior Consultant – HR Service Delivery (HRSD)

• Act as a workstream lead across all aspects of a ServiceNow HRSD project and solution delivery including but not limited to design, configuration/development, testing and deployment phases
• Ability to manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3-5 resources including offshore resources (e.g., consultants, developers, and testers)
• Provide guidance and industry leading practice expertise for ServiceNow HRSD process implementations, including how specific business objectives can be met through process and technology transformation
• Ability to analyze a company’s people, process, and technology capabilities, provide leading practice recommendations and contribute insights to strategic roadmaps
• Ability to lead client process and design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops with functional and/or business process area subject matter resources
• Experience in waterfall and agile delivery models – including supporting management activities such as planning, status reporting, budgets and risk and issue logs
• Ability to create high quality deliverables and project artifacts

To qualify for the role, you must have

• A bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline
• Typically, no less than 2 - 4 years relevant ServiceNow HRSD project experience
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Minimum of 1 of the following ServiceNow certifications:
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HR Service Delivery
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience
• Excellent soft skills – communication (written/verbal), adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organization
• Experience leading teams and supervising others
• A driver’s license valid in the U.S.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Performance analytics and reporting experience – certifications are a plus

• Employee Center and Workplace Service Delivery experience – certifications are a plus

• Experience in ServiceNow’s AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower)

Your key responsibilities

As a MSFT Alliance SE, you’ll be responsible for leading the Alliance sales activity by delivering against defined sales and pipeline targets. You’ll build relationships with top priority clients for joint alliance pursuits and drive sales directly in the market. You’ll be a subject matter expert on the alliance program, MSFT powered transformations and solutions and the joint EY-MSFT value proposition. You will have expertise and experience in MSFT technologies, working with the MSFT channel teams on sales & GTM motions, developing/maintaining relevant alliance partner relationships and able to lead pursuits independently through qualification phase if needed. Your time will be primarily focused on external selling, actively engaging with MSFT, your client(s) and EY account and industry leadership

To qualify for the role, you must have

• 12 to15+ years of quota carrying sales experience in professional services, solutions, and technology.
• Direct and MSFT channel sales experience
• Experience selling enterprise solutions to Consumer Products and Retail clients.
• Services sales experience working at Big 4 firm or other GSI.
• Knowledge and expertise across top Microsoft technologies including but not limited to Azure/cloud, Data & AI, cyber and Power Platforms
• Expert client management and relationship skills, strong executive presence, and expertise in influencing without authority.
• Expert knowledge of EY’s Alliances, products and services
• Solid understanding of the marketplace/industry, competitive intel, and target account profiles information
• Strong ability to handle and resolve conflict.
• A University/bachelor’s degree

• We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $221,410 to $280,070 plus participation in an incentive compensation program applicable to Sales Executives. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $265,650 to $318,290 plus participation in an incentive compensation program applicable to Sales Executives. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. As a Legislative & Regulatory Policy Assistant Director or Associate Director, you’ll be responsible for assisting the legislative and regulatory teams within the Office of Public Policy; monitoring, communicating, and shaping legislative and public policy activity. Must have demonstrated experience understanding policy-making processes and ability to develop written content for internal use in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. Also must have strong professional networking and public policy advocacy skills.

Your key responsibilities

• Assists team with development and execution of the EY Office of Public Policy strategy, including engagement with Washington policymakers and other stakeholders.
• Develop subject matter expertise in policy areas critical to the firm, including covering congressional hearings and other related events as warranted.
• Produces written deliverables for internal use and distribution.
• At times, assists EY legislative team and/or EYPAC representative in political activities relevant to the firm’s priorities.
