To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Knowledge in MS Teams and Teams meeting room devices
  • Hands on experience with Trio/Poly CCX and related audio conference devices
  • Experience in Microsoft surface hub devices
  • Knowledge in windows and other OS Skills
  • Good knowledge in Azure, Intune, Policies, PMP (ProPortal), Poly Lens, monitoring tools

  • Periodical firmware and OS upgrades for devices, if necessary, Vendor management in case of hardware issues
  • Provide Guidance to OSTS for the submission of request form requesting for Windows Login & Microsoft TEAMs Account creation,
  • Escalating to relevant teams internally in case of a delay in Account Readiness, Password Resets etc.,
  • Liaising with the local Contact / Location for MTR’s Installation and providing guidance remotely on the Package Installation / Re-Installation on the MTR Device,
  • Ensuring MTR’s Deployment is successful by cross-checking MTR’s registration on Teams Admin Console and testing a video call through it,
  • Custodian of Knowledge Articles related to MTR’s deployment and advanced support, responsible for keeping the KBs always updated,
  • Maintain MTR’s Inventory (for each location) in terms of IP Address, Windows & Skype Login details etc.,
  • Experience with Utelogy as a monitoring platform for AV devices

Your typical day will involve working in small groups on fast-paced projects with internal or external clients. Your key responsibilities

  • Strong quantitative skills with an emphasis on accounting and corporate finance

  • We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $105,100 to $192,600. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $126,100 to $218,900. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.

Your key responsibilities

  • Manage and guide via managed service provider relationship, continuous improvement efforts to direct budget and scope management of all planned and in progress projects and directives for Meeting room experience.
  • Manage and drive as needed managed vendors, among others to maintain the services’ overall integrity, consistency, and compliance to internal mandates.
  • Review and support the level 3 operations and managed vendor team with resolving complex outages, incidents and problems, escalation to the global support partner and/or the product vendor when needed, outage impact analysis.
  • Support the Service Owner with the technical knowledge and service design.
  • Develop new integrations and customer specific features.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Degree in Computer Science or relevant work experience.
  • English language skills - excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Audio\Video, MS Teams, Windows, Azure.
  • Technical experience in a large diverse audio & video environment.
  • Knowledge and proven experience in the use of ITIL within and operational organization IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) service management (Foundation / intermediate lifecycle certifications – an advantage)
  • Experience in a customer service role and business management role - nice to have.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Strong customer orientation and able to manage customer expectations.
  • Initiates, builds, and maintains productive customer relationships.
  • Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • A successful candidate will be an expert in design & configuration of conferencing room and support
  • Experience with Video and Audio end point and infrastructure devices. (codec, touch panel, control panel, cameras, speakers, mics, WPD,DSP, etc)
  • Knowledge in MS Teams and Teams meeting room devices
  • Hands on experience with Trio/Poly CCX and related audio conference devices
  • Experience in Microsoft surface hub devices
  • Knowledge in windows and other OS Skills
  • Good knowledge in Azure, Intune, Policies, PMP (ProPortal), Poly Lens, monitoring tools
  • General networking skills required (TCP/IP, SNMP, etc.)
  • Add on knowledge M365
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients, business consultants and Project Managers

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Deploying MTR (Windows & Android), Surface hub, Trios, and other meeting room devices (Hp/Poly, Crestron, Logitech, Jabra, CISCO)
  • Handling Meeting room device projects around the globe from starting to delivery
  • Periodical firmware and OS upgrades for devices, if necessary, Vendor management in case of hardware issues
  • Provide Guidance to OSTS for the submission of request form requesting for Windows Login & Microsoft TEAMs Account creation,
  • Escalating to relevant teams internally in case of a delay in Account Readiness, Password Resets etc.,
  • Liaising with the local Contact / Location for MTR’s Installation and providing guidance remotely on the Package Installation / Re-Installation on the MTR Device,
  • Ensuring MTR’s Deployment is successful by cross-checking MTR’s registration on Teams Admin Console and testing a video call through it,
  • Custodian of Knowledge Articles related to MTR’s deployment and advanced support, responsible for keeping the KBs always updated,
  • Maintain MTR’s Inventory (for each location) in terms of IP Address, Windows & Skype Login details etc.,
  • Experience with Utelogy as a monitoring platform for AV devices
