Join our fast-growing Global Compliance and Reporting (GCR) team as a Senior Manager in the Direct Tax Compliance and Reporting CoE. 1. Tax Accounting & Reporting

• Monitor and manage the implications of new accounting standards and regulatory changes (including, but not limited to, BEPS Pillar Two)
• Standardize and embed Group Tax Reporting processes to ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and SOX

3. Leadership & Collaboration

• Manage tax reporting aspects of M&A transactions, including purchase accounting and compliance
• Mentor and develop staff on ASC 740, IAS 12, and other key tax concepts; provide performance feedback
• Partner with internal tax, accounting, and finance teams, as well as external service providers
• Develop and lead onshore/offshore teams for seamless client service delivery.
