Candidate’s qualifications:

• Have experience in preparing sustainability strategies in the social aspects, especially human rights and supply chain management
• Have experience in providing advice of ESG/Sustainability matters on the social aspect

Our PAS Mobility practice provides services to manage the cost and risks involved in HR plans, programs and systems related to a global workforce. We advise the part of business strategy related to people. As a Tax Advisor, you'll be providing strategic tax planning recommendations to clients. You'll have the opportunity to work with global clients to address their most complex people challenges, and ultimately improve and drive sustainable business results.

Your key responsibilities

You will be engaged in complex compliance and advisory work; working with colleagues all over the globe, completing tax returns, reviewing/signing off, writing correspondence, providing authoritative advice/guidance, and review tax cost estimates. Directly engaging our clients is vital, be ready to question and negotiate to provide results.

To qualify for the role you must have

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance or business-related fields
• Excellent oral and written English skills (including strong presentation skills)
• Computer skills (e.g., MS Office)
• Committed to providing quality outcomes

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Working experience in Taxation is preferable
• Working experience in Auditing is advantageous

Your key responsibilities
As an office-based Virtual Executive Assistant, you will provide remote support to senior executives in Australia and New Zealand. You will deliver exceptional customer service supporting offshore executives in calendar and meeting management; email management; booking travel, accommodation and supporting other travel logistics; event management; completing expense reimbursements; client relationship management; documentation preparation and other administrative tasks as needed. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a supportive and dynamic virtual and local executive assistant team.· Calendar/Meeting Management - Manage and coordinate diaries and schedules with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive
· Email Management - Screen, respond to and/or action emails as necessary
· Travel Management - Arrange the flight and hotel accommodations of the executive, and other logistical requirements (VISA, transfers, etc.)
· Expense Management - Track and submit expenses for reimbursement or payment requisition and adhering to monthly deadlines
