The following are candidate’s roles:
- Be a team of sustainability professionals to grow portfolio of Sustainability services in Thailand for the aspects of human rights and supply chain management.
- Lead the delivery of our services when we assist clients to identify, measure, and appropriately manage their business and reporting risks in transition of their organizations to respond to (i) changing of the government regulations with respect to ESG/Sustainability matters and/or (ii) new trends in sustainability management.
Candidate’s qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master degree in Environmental Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or related field.
- Have experience in preparing sustainability strategies in the social aspects, especially human rights and supply chain management
- Have experience in providing advice of ESG/Sustainability matters on the social aspect
- Courage to grow in the career path and ready to take a lead of the service practices
- Excellent command of English and Thai both speaking and writing

ทีม Center of Excellence (COE) เป็นทีมที่ทำงานร่วมกับทีมตรวจสอบบัญชี และถือเป็นส่วนหนึ่งที่สำคัญในการช่วยเหลือทางด้านงานบริการตรวจสอบบัญชีแก่ลูกค้าให้มีความแม่นยำและมีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น ซึ่งการเข้ามาร่วมเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของทีม COE ผู้สมัครจะได้รับการพัฒนาทักษะและการเรียนรู้ทางด้านการตรวจสอบบัญชีจากผู้ตรวจสอบบัญชีที่มีประสบการณ์และผู้บริหารโดยตรง รวมถึงการใช้เทคโนโลยีการตรวจสอบระดับโลกเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลของกระบวนการตรวจสอบ นอกจากนี้ผู้สมัครจะได้รับโอกาสในการพัฒนาความเชี่ยวชาญด้านอื่น ๆ ที่แปลกใหม่และหลากหลายอีกด้วย
ทีม COE มีงานให้บริการที่หลากหลาย ซึ่งสามารถจัดประเภทเบื้องต้นได้ดังนี้
- ช่วยทีมตรวจสอบบัญชีตรวจสอบรายการในงบการเงินด้วยวิธีการต่าง ๆ รวมถึง
- การจัดทำและส่งหนังสือยืนยันยอดบัญชีเงินฝากธนาคาร (Bank confirmation)
- การจัดทำและส่งหนังสือยืนยันยอดบัญชีลูกหนี้การค้า และเจ้าหนี้การค้า (Accounts receivable and payable confirmation)
- การกระทบยอดบัญชีแยกประเภทย่อย (Subledger agreement)
- การกระทบยอดบัญชีแยกประเภท (GL reconciliation)
- การทดสอบการคำนวนค่าเสื่อมราคาและค่าตัดจำหน่าย (Depreciation/amortization recalculation)
- การสังเกตการณ์ความมีตัวตนของสินค้าคงเหลือและสินทรัพย์ถาวร (Property, Plant and Equipment & inventory existent observation)

- ตรวจสอบและทดสอบความครบถ้วนของเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง (Vouching supporting document)
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- พัฒนากระบวนการทำงานต่าง ๆ สำหรับแผนกตรวจสอบบัญชี เพื่อการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลในการทำงานให้ดียิ่งขึ้น
- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางการเงินโดยใช้ EY Tools
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก :
- เป็นผู้ช่วยในการทำงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกระบวนการตรวจสอบบัญชีตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากพนักงานอาวุโส และผู้จัดการ โดยส่งมอบงานที่มีคุณภาพดีให้แก่ทีมตรวจสอบบัญชี
- มีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาการทำงานของแผนกตรวจสอบบัญชี เพื่อทำให้กระบวนการมีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น
คุณสมบัติ :
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีทางด้านการบัญชี
- พิจารณารับนักศึกษาจบใหม่จากทุกมหาวิทยาลัย
- มีทักษะพื้นฐานในการใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Excel ( ทักษะขั้นสูงจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ )
- มีทักษะทางด้านภาษาอังกฤษที่ดี โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งการอ่านและเขียน
- มีความสามารถในการทำงานร่วมกันเป็นทีมได้ดี
- มีทักษะการวางแผนและจัดลำดับความสำคัญ
- สามารถปรับตัวเข้ากับสภาพแวดล้อมใหม่ ๆ ได้ดี
- เรียนรู้เร็วและมีทัศนคติเชิงบวก
