    • Implement SAP HR modules (e.g., PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll) using ABAP programming.
    • Perform data migration and data conversion activities using LSMW, BDC, and other tools.
  2. Functional Expertise:
    • Gather and analyze business requirements related to HR processes.
    • Configure SAP HR modules to meet business needs.
    • Provide functional specifications for custom developments.
    • Preparation of Functional Specifications documents
    • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  3. Consulting Skills:
    • Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and provide solutions.
    • Participate in project planning, execution, and delivery.
    • Provide training and support to end-users.
    • Prepare documentation, including functional and technical specifications, test scripts, and user manuals.
  4. Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including other SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, MM).
    • Coordinate with offshore and onshore teams for project delivery.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in SAP HR ABAP development and configuration.
  • Strong understanding of SAP HR modules and their integration with other SAP modules.
  • Proficiency in ABAP programming, including Object-Oriented ABAP.
  • Experience with SAP HCM processes and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • SAP certification in HR or ABAP is a plus.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other cloud-based HR solutions.
  • Knowledge of SAP Fiori and UI5.
  • Understanding of SAP S/4HANA and its impact on HR processes.
  • Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP)
