• General administrative supporting tasks;
• Supporting GPS Manager in exploring new business opportunities, and conducting market research and analysis;

Your Key Responsibilities

Providing assistance to Country General Counsel in following areas:

• Legal research and legal advice in various areas of law (mainly corporate, commercial and labor) for jurisdictions of Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina
• Legal support to engagement teams (drafting and negotiating commercial agreements) and internal functions (HR, finance, office administration and marketing)
• Data privacy, anti-money laundering and other compliance matters
• Drafting and updating various internal legal regulations
• Assisting in M&A and corporate restructuring projects
