Your key responsibilities

You will be responsible for the day-to day administration tasks like managing or supporting fleets of corporate credit cards, mobile phones or cars. In this role you will be also responsible for archiving commercial agreements and updating policies and procedures.

Transfer Pricing Senior Manager - As a Transfer Pricing Senior Manager, you'll thoroughly and accurately analyse information, apply economic/financial knowledge to client situations and develop effective approaches to clients' financial circumstances. Subsequently, you’ll take a lead in developing recommendations and implementation plans. Join our fast-growing Direct Tax Compliance and Reporting CoE as a Senior. You’ll support multi-country client engagements in tax accounting and direct tax, assisting with Group Tax Accounting/Reporting services under US GAAP and IFRS. In this role, you’ll contribute to process improvement and help deliver efficient, high-quality outcomes for our clients.

Tax Accounting & Reporting

• Assist in the preparation and review of interim, quarterly, and year-end global tax provisions under IFRS and US GAAP
• Support tax reporting deliverables received from controllers and tax managers across the Group
• Contribute to US GAAP and IFRS disclosure preparation, including reconciliation of GAAP differences
• Prepare and maintain tax provision memoranda and supporting documentation
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, including SOX documentation and audit processes

Process Improvement & Compliance

• Identify and support implementation of process improvements in tax provision and compliance functions
• Prepare tax account reconciliations and related schedules

Your key responsibilitiesThe primary role of the SFT transaction team is to perform agreed-upon procedures (AUP) to help clients execute securitization transactions successfully.

• Checking the accuracy of our financial models by comparing calculations to the governing documents
• Creating cashflow/analytics models for securitized products, including but not limited to CDOs/CLOs (Collateralized Debt Obligations/Collateralized Loan Obligations)
