Your Key Responsibilities

Everything you’ll do will come back to providing exceptional service to our clients. Some responsibilities include:

• Posting transactions and maintaining accounting records.
• Assist in the preparation of management accounts, budgets and other financial reports required by clients.
• Assisting the entity’s Directors in ensuring the company's compliance.
• Assisting with daily administrative tasks and executing other ad-hoc requests.
• General administration of bank accounts.
• Prepare financial statements and liaising with the auditors

• A’Level standard of education
• Ideally in the process of obtaining an ACCA qualification or equivalent qualification.

As a Manager within the Financial Services Advisory team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the strategies and managing the regulatory obligations for our clients within the investment services practice. You will form part of a team of professionals and will work closely with clients to navigate their complex requirements, support with authorization or relocation processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering positive relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects, ensuring deliverables are met within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Provide expert advice on regulatory requirements, including the interpretation of regulations and guidance on best practices, to clients and internal teams.
• Assisting clients in the development and updating of internal policies and procedures to align with regulatory expectations.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of regulatory documentation and filings.
• Conduct regulatory impact assessments for new regulations and advise clients on compliance strategies.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
• Contribute to business growth by supporting the creation of thought leadership material and attending relevant industry events, conferences, and seminars.
• Collaborate with other service lines within EY to provide integrated solutions to clients.
• Engage with relevant regulatory authorities and industry bodies to keep abreast with latest developments and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory affairs or regulatory compliance.
• Sound understanding of regulatory frameworks, including MiFID II, AIFMD and/or UCITS directive. Working experience in these areas will be considered an asset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and networks.

As a member of the Financial Services Advisory team, you will contribute to the delivery of regulatory compliance support to clients engaged in banking, investment services, fintech and insurance activities. Your role will focus on assisting with regulatory assessments, contributing to the development of compliance programs, and helping clients understand and adhere to their regulatory obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advice on regulatory requirements, changes, and risks to clients and internal teams.
• Conduct regulatory impact assessments for new regulations.
• Contribute to the preparation and submission of regulatory documentation and filings.
• Collaborate with other service lines within EY to provide integrated solutions to clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory developments and trends across multiple jurisdictions.
• Contribute to the growth of the Regulatory Compliance team by identifying new business opportunities and client relationships.
• Contribute to thought leadership and participate in industry forums.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in regulatory affairs or compliance within a consulting firm, regulatory agency, or relevant industry.
• Sound understanding of regulatory frameworks and processes applicable to credit and financial institutions. Working experience in these areas will be considered an asset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Your responsibilities

You will be responsible for providing a range of support services including but not limited to:

• Provide secretarial and administrative support
• Providing assistance with client acceptance onboarding and compliance
• Ongoing billing of clients and any necessary follow up
• Working on EY systems to set up and manage clients
• Carrying out any required secretarial duties as delegated by management.
