You’ll be responsible for advising on tax matters and planning the client’s business activities to optimise tax solutions. You’ll help clients succeed by assisting them with the strategic and operational challenges facing their tax functions, analysing tax opportunities and benefits that can be attained by them. Your key responsibilities
- You'll contribute technical insights to business tax compliance engagements and internal projects
- Assist clients with projects such as corporate tax advisory work, restructuring, tax incentives, initial public offerings, and cross border transactions.
- Preparing estimated tax liabilities to assist the client in meeting its tax payment obligations.
- Provide the highest level of technical advice on the application of tax law
- Assisting clients to deal with the relevant authorities on any tax issues they may face including tax audit, seeking for tax rulings, tax appeals and technical confirmations.
- Manage the successful delivery of tax projects, ensuring tax excellence with real and valuable solutions

Nel team Finance Transformation della Sub Service Line Business Consulting ricerchiamo una figura che ricoprirà il ruolo di Manager in Finance Transformation. Ricerchiamo talenti interessati a cimentarsi su complesse e innovative progettualità di trasformazione (a livello nazionale ed internazionale) legate all’area CFO per clienti Leader di mercato e appartenenti a diverse Industry (Retail, GDO, Automotive, Telco & Media, etc.).
La risorsa che stiamo cercando si occuperà di:
- Analisi processi finance (O2C, P2P, R2R, Treasury)
- Disegno dei processi To-Be e Target Operating Model, identificando opportunità di miglioramento e di ottimizzazione da un punto di vista di processo, organizzazione, sistemi
- Analisi, disegno ed implementazione di Shared Service Center (SSC)/Global Business Services (GBS) e Finance/Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)
- Sviluppo business case tramite benchmark in un’ottica di right sizing organizzativo
- Coordinamento risorse junior e gestione del cliente
- Supporto al management EY in selling proposition
- Gestire i rapporti con i clienti e identificare le relative esigenze di business
Chi stiamo cercando? Persone con:
- Laurea Magistrale e oltre 5 anni di esperienza negli ambiti sopra descritti
- Provata esperienza progettuale, anche a livello internazionale
- Esperienza nella gestione dell'intero ciclo progettuale, inclusi vendita, gestione della commessa, degli economics, del team e del cliente
- Conoscenze approfondite dei principali processi del mondo Finance (RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Cash Flow, Liquidity Reporting), maturate in contesti nazionali e internazionali
- Capacità di disegnare modelli operativi Finance sulla base dei requisiti di business dei Clienti
- Conoscenze dei framework organizzativi SSC/GBS
- Conoscenze in ambito controllo di gestione, budgeting, planning, etc.
- Project Management (certificazioni professionali come PMP saranno considerate un plus)
- Conoscenza di base di sistemi ERP (come SAP S4HANA, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, tool di process mining e AI/Gen AI)
- Capacità di guidare iniziative di change management e di gestire eventuali resistenze al cambiamento nelle aziende clienti
- Esperienza nello sviluppo e nell'implementazione di strategie di ottimizzazione dei costi e di miglioramento dell'efficienza operativa
- Capacità di lavorare in team e di coordinare, guidare e far crescere le risorse più junior
