Your key responsibilities

You will support our clients across a range of Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) issues and challenges and enable our clients to better manage the broad range of risks in their increasingly complex supply chains. In addition, you will play a key role in supporting the development of new business opportunities.

Client responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of TPRM engagements with our clients, responsible for the day-to-day running of the engagements including meeting quality, time and budget targets
  • Working with prospective clients to agree, scope and plan the delivery phase of engagements
  • Drive go-to-market strategy for TPRM services, including thought leadership, solution development, and alliance partnerships.
  • Champion the use of emerging technologies (e.g., AI, automation, continuous monitoring platforms) to enhance TPRM capabilities.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of scalable TPRM operating models and tooling (e.g., ServiceNow VRM, Archer, ProcessUnity).
  • Lead the development of next-generation TPRM capabilities, including continuous monitoring, ESG risk integration, and AI-driven risk intelligence.
  • Provide subject matter guidance on evolving regulatory frameworks (e.g., DORA, EBA Outsourcing, PRA SS2/21) and their impact on third-party ecosystems.
  • Lead regulatory response programmes and remediation efforts for clients.
  • Mentor and develop future leaders within the Cyber & Resilience practice.
  • Contribute to practice growth through recruitment, capability building, and internal training initiatives.
  • Creating thought leadership and market materials for selling and promoting EY Cyber and TPRM offerings
  • Oversee financial aspects of engagements by organising staffing, tracking fees and communicating issues to engagement partners

People responsibilities

  • Develop people through effectively supervising, coaching, and mentoring staff
  • Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for staff
  • Contribute to people initiatives including recruiting, retaining, and training Cyber and TPRM professionals
  • Recognise the value of teamwork, facilitating and encouraging collaboration amongst team members and motivate teams to maximise performance
  • Lead internal communities of practice focused on innovation, regulatory change, or sector-specific TPRM challenges.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Project experience and client knowledge gained from professional practice across a number of TPRM engagements, including aspects of Compliance, IT Risk Management, Cyber, Resilience, and Privacy.
  • Team leadership and management experience, including the coaching and mentoring of more junior staff and direct reports
  • Strong academic record, ideally to a bachelor’s degree-level or equivalent industry experience
  • Awareness and understanding of National and International Security Standards (e.g., NIST, ISO27001), reporting standards (e.g., SOC/ISAE), and privacy or TPRM regulations, such as UK Data Protection Act, GDPR, DORA, etc.
  • Willingness to travel
  • Creative and independent with good problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing, client presentations, and project management
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience (desirably within resilience, cyber, or TPRM). Preferably with experience in a consulting role in a leading consultancy firm.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder programmes in regulated industries
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience managing large client accounts or portfolios.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Experience in Financial Services, Government Organisations, or the Military
  • Industry related certification preferred (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, ISO27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor)
  • Solution related experience, such as the use of platforms like ProcessUnity, ServiceNow, and Azure

Nel team Technology Risk avrai l’opportunità di svolgere attività di revisione sui sistemi informatici automatizzati delle aziende clienti. In particolare, il team valuta e fornisce consulenza per garantire che i sistemi informativi di un’organizzazione siano conformi a normative, regolamenti e politiche interne, assicurando al contempo il rispetto di requisiti di compliance sempre più stringenti.

Avrai l’opportunità di acquisire competenze e strumenti in ambito economico e IT quali IT security, IT production controls (i.e. change/problem management), user access management , business continuity , Digital , Enterprise Architecture , IT Governance e con tool di Data Analytics (ACL, MS Access ecc.).

Principali attività:

  • Supporto nell'esecuzione di audit IT su sistemi informativi, infrastrutture e processi aziendali;
  • Collaborare nella valutazione dell'efficacia dei controlli IT generali (ITGC), controlli applicativi e access management;
  • Partecipare a progetti di analisi dei rischi IT e cybersecurity;
  • Contribuire alla redazione di report di audit e documentazione tecnica;
  • Raccogliere e analizzare evidenze, dati e informazioni dai sistemi informativi aziendali;
  • Mantenersi aggiornato sulle normative di settore e sulle best practice internazionali (es. NIST, ISO, COBIT, ITIL);
  • Collaborare con i team IT, Legal, Compliance e Audit interno.

In qualità di Manager FAIT Technology Risk @Assurance , per la nostra sede di Milano , entrerai a far parte di un team multidisciplinare dedicato alla valutazione, gestione e mitigazione dei rischi IT a supporto di progetti di audit, assurance e consulenza. Collaborerai con clienti di alto profilo, inclusi gruppi multinazionali e aziende leader di mercato, per supportarli nel rafforzamento dei loro controlli IT, nella gestione della compliance normativa e nell’adozione di tecnologie emergenti in modo sicuro.

Sarai responsabile della pianificazione, esecuzione e supervisione di incarichi di IT Audit, sia in contesti di revisione contabile (IT General Controls – ITGC) che in progetti di advisory su tematiche di cybersecurity, data governance, cloud risk e IT governance.

Principali responsabilità:

  • Coordinare e gestire team su progetti di IT Audit e Technology Risk, garantendo qualità, efficienza e rispetto delle tempistiche.
  • Supportare la revisione contabile integrata attraverso l’analisi dei controlli ITGC, application controls, e interfacce.
  • Valutare l’efficacia dei sistemi informativi in relazione a standard internazionali (es. COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST).
  • Interagire con i clienti per identificare aree di rischio tecnologico, suggerendo soluzioni pragmatiche per il miglioramento dei controlli.
  • Contribuire a progetti di advisory in ambito IT compliance, cybersecurity, cloud risk, privacy, terze parti (TPRM) e data management.
  • Redigere deliverable (report, memo, presentazioni) per il cliente e per il team di revisione finanziaria.
  • Partecipare attivamente allo sviluppo del business attraverso la gestione della relazione con i clienti, la proposta di nuovi servizi e la formazione del team.
  • Supportare la crescita dei professionisti più junior attraverso mentoring, coaching e feedback continui.

Nice to have:

  • Certificazioni professionali: COBIT19®, CISA, CISM, CDPSE, CRISK, CGEIT, ITILv4, Prince2, PMP, ISO27001 Lead Auditor (LA), ISO22301 LA, ISO2000 LA;
  • Conoscenza approfondita di SAP (modulo Basis, FI);
  • Conoscenza dei Tool Data Analytics: Alteryx, Tableau, ACL.

  • Knowledge on Incident Response and Threat Intelligence tools.
  • Creation of reusable and efficient Python-based Playbooks.
  • Use Splunk SOAR platform to enable automation and orchestration on various tools and technologies by making use of existing or custom integration
  • Partner with security operations teams, threat intelligence groups and incident responders.
  • Should have worked in a security operations center and gained understanding of SIEM solutions like Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel and other log management platforms. Having experience in Splunk content development will be an added advantage
  • Willing to learn new technologies and take up new challenges. Assist in developing high-quality technical content such as automation scripts/tools, reference architectures, and white papers.
  • Good grasp in conceptualizing and/or implementing automation for business process workflows
  • Knowledge in Network monitoring technology platforms such as Fidelis XPS or others
  • Knowledge in endpoint protection tools, techniques and platforms such as Carbon Black, Tanium, Microsoft Defender ATP, Symantec, McAfee or others
  • Should be able to assist, support and mitigate production issues.
  • Should have the capability to work with partners and client stack holders to full fill their asks
  • Ability to Coordinate with Vendor to incident closure on according to the severity
  • Review, assess, benchmark and develop issue remediation action plans for all aspects of an engagement.

Qualification & experience:

  • Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in cyber security with a depth of network architecture knowledge that will translate over to deploying and integrating Sentinel SOAR solution in global enterprise environments.
  • Experience working in ServiceNow SOAR is also an added advantage
  • Strong oral, written and listening skills are an essential component to effective consulting.
  • Strong background in network administration. Ability to work at all layers of the OSI models, including being able to explain communication at any level is necessary.
  • Should have strong hands-on experience with scripting technologies like Python, REST, JSON, SOAP, ODBC, XML etc.
  • Must have honours degree in a technical field such as computer science, mathematics, engineering or similar field
  • Minimum 2 years of working in SOAR (Sentinel)
  • Experience in Process Development, Process Improvement, Process Architecture, and Training
  • Quick to apprehend and adapt new applications.
  • Knowledgeable in Cybersecurity and Incident Response Management
  • Certification in any one of the SIEM Solution such as Splunk or SC-200 will be an added advantage
  • Certifications in a core security related discipline will be an added advantage.

All’interno del team Corporate Tax ti occuperai delle seguenti attività:

  • Consulenza alle imprese in tutte le fasi del ciclo di vita fiscale (a livello nazionale);
  • Consulenza fiscale in materia di imposte dirette (IRES/IRAP);
  • Operazioni societarie straordinarie (fusioni, scissioni, conferimenti e cessioni di azienda cessioni/scambi di azioni, ecc.);
  • Ottimizzazione della tassazione nelle riorganizzazioni aziendali domestiche e pareristica su problematiche fiscali italiane;
  • Predisposizione dei modelli dichiarativi;
  • Attività di supporto ai colleghi della revisione contabile nella review dell'area imposte;
  • Supporto in tematiche fiscali inerenti al processo di internazionalizzazione.

Your key responsibilities

You will support our clients across a range of Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) issues and challenges and enable our clients to better manage the broad range of risks in their increasingly complex supply chains. In addition, you will play a key role in supporting the development of new business opportunities.

Client responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of TPRM engagements with our clients, responsible for the day-to-day running of the engagements including meeting quality, time and budget targets
  • Working with prospective clients to agree, scope and plan the delivery phase of engagements
  • Drive go-to-market strategy for TPRM services, including thought leadership, solution development, and alliance partnerships.
  • Champion the use of emerging technologies (e.g., AI, automation, continuous monitoring platforms) to enhance TPRM capabilities.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of scalable TPRM operating models and tooling (e.g., ServiceNow VRM, Archer, ProcessUnity).
  • Lead the development of next-generation TPRM capabilities, including continuous monitoring, ESG risk integration, and AI-driven risk intelligence.
  • Provide subject matter guidance on evolving regulatory frameworks (e.g., DORA, EBA Outsourcing, PRA SS2/21) and their impact on third-party ecosystems.
  • Lead regulatory response programmes and remediation efforts for clients.
  • Mentor and develop future leaders within the Cyber & Resilience practice.
  • Contribute to practice growth through recruitment, capability building, and internal training initiatives.
  • Creating thought leadership and market materials for selling and promoting EY Cyber and TPRM offerings
  • Oversee financial aspects of engagements by organising staffing, tracking fees and communicating issues to engagement partners

People responsibilities

  • Develop people through effectively supervising, coaching, and mentoring staff
  • Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for staff
  • Contribute to people initiatives including recruiting, retaining, and training Cyber and TPRM professionals
  • Recognise the value of teamwork, facilitating and encouraging collaboration amongst team members and motivate teams to maximise performance
  • Lead internal communities of practice focused on innovation, regulatory change, or sector-specific TPRM challenges.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Project experience and client knowledge gained from professional practice across a number of TPRM engagements, including aspects of Compliance, IT Risk Management, Cyber, Resilience, and Privacy.
  • Team leadership and management experience, including the coaching and mentoring of more junior staff and direct reports
  • Strong academic record, ideally to a bachelor’s degree-level or equivalent industry experience
  • Awareness and understanding of National and International Security Standards (e.g., NIST, ISO27001), reporting standards (e.g., SOC/ISAE), and privacy or TPRM regulations, such as UK Data Protection Act, GDPR, DORA, etc.
  • Willingness to travel
  • Creative and independent with good problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing, client presentations, and project management
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience (desirably within resilience, cyber, or TPRM). Preferably with experience in a consulting role in a leading consultancy firm.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder programmes in regulated industries
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience managing large client accounts or portfolios.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Experience in Financial Services, Government Organisations, or the Military
  • Industry related certification preferred (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, ISO27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor)
  • Solution related experience, such as the use of platforms like ProcessUnity, ServiceNow, and Azure
