Your key responsibilities

• Review and reconcile tax value notices and tax bills and interact with taxing jurisdictions to resolve discrepancies
• Expertise on Sales tax concepts and well versed with research tools like Vertex, Data handling, filings, Notices.
• Technically versatile and able to work with data from various sources of complexity and formats
• Ability to lead the team effectively, Experience in coaching and mentoring team
• Monitor changes in State and Local tax legislation and rates incorporate changes timely into monthly procedures and update the team.

• Oversee returns reviewed by the senior by following the Standard operating procedures and update the Manager/Senior Manager on work related issues.
• Perform first level reviews and signs off returns prepared by preparers.

• Independently apply knowledge in the generation of a tax computation/return.

Job Description:

Experience of working in an implementation project and can do PP configuration based on requirements of client with change in business processes if required. Should have sound knowledge in PP master data (Material Master, Bill of Material), Sales and Production Plans, Long Term Planning, Demand Management, Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Capacity Planning. Experience with areas like Product Planning, Forecasting, Manufacturing execution, Inventory/Warehouse management, Product Costing, and Quality Management. Knowledge of key integration points with other modules related to PP e.g. FI, CO, SD. Should have a good analytical skills and the ability to guide technical team to work on enhancement, interfaces including a clean requirement gathering from Business team. Required Skills:

Your key responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant in the Corporate Tax team, you will:

• Work within the team to deliver the provision of taxation services for an allocated book of corporate clients, including corporate income tax compliance, and the preparation and review of income tax returns and tax accounting calculations
• Assist in the delivery of the full spectrum of corporate taxation advisory services tailored to client needs, including ATO risk reviews, audits, and ruling application processes, with the backing of Australia’s top tax technicians
• Be a point of contact for our clients, requiring you to collaborate with our specialist teams in bringing expertise to our corporate clients including in the areas of international tax and transfer pricing, tax controversy and transactions

Manager – Digital Risk - Responsible AI

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our growing Digital Risk team within EY’s Risk Consulting practice. Your key responsibilities

Client responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of TPRM engagements with our clients, responsible for the day-to-day running of the engagements including meeting quality, time and budget targets

• Drive go-to-market strategy for TPRM services, including thought leadership, solution development, and alliance partnerships.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Project experience and client knowledge gained from professional practice across a number of TPRM engagements, including aspects of Compliance, IT Risk Management, Cyber, Resilience, and Privacy.
• Team leadership and management experience, including the coaching and mentoring of more junior staff and direct reports
• Strong academic record, ideally to a bachelor’s degree-level or equivalent industry experience
• Awareness and understanding of National and International Security Standards (e.g., NIST, ISO27001), reporting standards (e.g., SOC/ISAE), and privacy or TPRM regulations, such as UK Data Protection Act, GDPR, DORA, etc.
• Willingness to travel
• Creative and independent with good problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing, client presentations, and project management
• At least 8 years of relevant experience (desirably within resilience, cyber, or TPRM). Preferably with experience in a consulting role in a leading consultancy firm.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder programmes in regulated industries

• Strong commercial acumen and experience managing large client accounts or portfolios.
