Your Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for Senior Consultants to join our Dublin Financial Services Transfer Pricing team where you will have the opportunity to work across a range of clients that includes some of the most important global financial institutions. You will support and advise our clients on all transfer pricing matters, working closely with our international and corporate tax specialists across the EY network. You will also be a part of an integrated international network, made of all the foreign EY transfer pricing teams, to deliver real-time insights to our banking, insurance, leasing and asset management clients. You will also work in a collaborative environment where you’ll have the freedom to shape your career through our comprehensive development programs to help you be the best version of yourself, both inside and outside of work. Some of your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Advise and assist clients in designing, implementing, and documenting their transfer pricing policies and strategies.
  • Provide fully integrated approaches to transfer pricing, by preparing documents/data files/models and assist in defending transfer pricing reviews and audits based on economic Model financial outcomes of cross border arrangements and assist in developing practical planning approaches.
  • Assist in negotiating Advance Pricing Arrangements with Irish Revenue and other tax authorities.
    Support the project management of multiple engagements to ensure they are delivered timely and efficiently.
  • Work in a diverse and inclusive environment; Our team is made up of people from multiple countries, backgrounds and cultures.
    Assess client’s financial transactions including debt capacity analysis, interest rate benchmarking, financial guarantees, cash pooling arrangements, derivatives, insurance agreements and asset management services.
  • Conduct factual investigations (such as conducting functional interviews with key employees to gain a good understanding of the organizations and their business);
  • Advise on the transfer pricing aspects related to restructurings within business units (including their valuations); Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory updates, and best practices in financial transactions transfer pricing by actively participating in knowledge meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities within the team.

  • Financial Services background
  • Experience of developing the Finance Data Strategy for large financial institutions, developing future state architecture
  • Delivery experience in Big Data technologies and Apache ecosystem technologies such as Spark, Kafka, Hive etc and have experience building end to end data pipelines using on-premise or cloud-based data platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with data design and requirements, data issues associated with the delivery of data for finance management and reporting

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in design workshops to gain a clear understanding of our client’s industry and business requirements.
  • Learn about accelerators such as SAP Model Company or EY’s Pre-Configured Industry Solutions for potential use as design accelerators on client engagements.
  • Customize SAP Service Management functionalities to meet the specific needs of clients, including asset management, work order planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and service execution.
  • Lead the design and implementation of SAP Service Management, considering best practices and industry standards.
  • Drive the development and maintenance of the SAP Service Management architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and flexibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Produce key project deliverables including design and configuration documentation, functional specs, data migration specs, test scripts, training materials etc.
  • Share knowledge of best practice within the SAP team and across other firm disciplines, as well as developing other members of the SAP team
  • Support the development of the SAP practice, including leading internal team activities, supporting sales activities, and facilitating client events.
  • Implement and manage SAP FSM to optimize field service operations.
  • Utilize SAP Plant Maintenance to ensure efficient maintenance processes.

To qualify for the role, you should have

  • A third level qualification in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline, or relevant experince related to the position
  • 7+ years’ experience delivering in SAP Service Management, with a proven track record of successful implementations and support
  • Experience in implementation of S/4HANA Service Management solutions for utilities industry
  • Experience with, or demonstrable understanding of, S/4HANA best practice processes, key benefits, and implementation scenarios
  • In depth knowledge of SAP Service Management and Plant Maintenance Moduls including configuration, customization and integration with other SAP modules and external systems (e.g., SD, MM )
  • Strong ability to lead, mentor and motivate teams, adopting a collaborative and supportive approach
  • Proven ability to build and leverage relationships with senior-level clients

Ideally, You’ll Also Have

  • Relevant SAP certifications in Utilities or related modules
  • Knowledge of Customer engagement for Utility and SAP Field Service Management.
  • Experience with full asset lifecycle management using EAM capabilities in S/4HANA
  • Proven ability to think strategically and translate business requirements into effective SAP Service Management solutions
