Your key responsibilities

• Responsible for partnering with the Global Payroll engagement teams to drive GDS Payroll delivery,
• Deliver payroll processing service for German payrolls, ensuring the operational aspects of payroll processing and associated activities (including Build to Gross and Gross to Net, Pay processing, Post payroll validation, T&A management and reporting) are accurate and delivered within appropriate timeframes and comply with relevant legislation,

Join our fast-growing Direct Tax Compliance and Reporting CoE as a Senior. You’ll support multi-country client engagements in tax accounting and direct tax, assisting with Group Tax Accounting/Reporting services under US GAAP and IFRS. 1. Tax Accounting & Reporting

• Assist in the preparation and review of interim, quarterly, and year-end global tax provisions under IFRS and US GAAP
• Support tax reporting deliverables received from controllers and tax managers across the Group
• Contribute to US GAAP and IFRS disclosure preparation, including reconciliation of GAAP differences
• Prepare and maintain tax provision memoranda and supporting documentation

GDS GI professionals support our Swiss based Immigration professionals and lawyers execute on a range of administrative and support tasks. You will assist in the preparation of German language submissions and documentation under the instruction and supervision of our Swiss based Immigration professionals and lawyers and drive the delivery of exceptional client service across high volume accounts and meet SLA and KPI measures.

You will complete electronic case management administration processes, research, and prepare written email communication and document drafting in German language, liaise with German speaking government authorities. You will support all aspect of the Swiss work authorisation and immigration process including document and data collection, tracking of case documentation, reporting, and monitoring of status and preparation of application documentation per the protocol followed for each case type.You will stay abreast of regulatory changes in the applicable immigration domain, supporting senior caseworkers and lawyers to implement necessary changes in case management and processes in a timely manner.
