תיאור:

As an Executive Assistant you will be an integral part of our business enablement functions that keep our organization running strong. You will provide administrative support to Service Line Executives and the wider team. This position is based in our
Guyanalocation and will operate within our physical office space.

You will use your experience, skills and knowledge of organizational policies, procedures and practices to provide administrative support to a variety of executives within the EY network. You will also provide administrative support to service line or engagement-specific teams, always observing a strict level of client confidentiality. You will adapt solid working knowledge of the firm's structure, service lines, key personnel, and policies and procedures and keep abreast of Firm updates and new information. You’ll be part of a high-performing, diverse and inclusive team sharing best practices. You will manage tasks independently or in teams, prioritizing and planning multiple tasks and projects in a high-volume, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, ensuring high quality and timely completion of work.

Your key responsibilities

  • Manage executive schedules including calendar and email management, travel arrangements and associated meetings
  • Manage processes related to reimbursable expenses and timesheets as required /directed by executives
  • Manage executive meetings, calls and projects in both virtual and in-person settings
  • Develop and manage relationships with key internal/external stakeholders
  • Prepare and review documents including presentations, emails, reports and agendas in accordance with Firm branding policies
  • Manage documents on appropriate file servers and repositories
  • Manage internal customer needs with executives; ensuring all queries/concerns are resolved and adhere to firm policy
  • Coordinate internal and external events as required
  • Apply and share knowledge on work processes, resources, structure, and business of the firm/service line/functional group

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with personnel at all levels

  • Superior organizational and follow-through skills with strong attention to details and deadlines
  • Open to constructive feedback and on-going self-improvement
  • Flexibility to work additional hours during peak periods of the year
  • Maintaining client confidentiality and ensuring information is handled with discretion

What we look for:

  • An associate degree in related discipline or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Minimum of three to five years of related work experience as an Executive or Administrative
  • Experience as an assistant supporting multiple key stakeholders within a corporate environment
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Outlook (calendar management)

L'opportunità e le tue responsabilità:

  • Assistenza nella valorizzazione delle immobilizzazioni immateriali attraverso lo strumento del regime fiscale del «Patent Box»;

  • Benchmarking e uso dei database dedicati;

  • Predisposizione della documentazione in materia di prezzi di trasferimento («Master File e Country File»);

  • Assistenza nella predisposizione della modulistica richiesta dell’implementazione delle politiche internazionali di contrato all’evasione fiscale («Country by Country Reporting»);

  • Assistenza ai gruppi di imprese multinazionali nei seguenti settori di consulenza:

  • Pianificazione delle strategie dei prezzi di trasferimento, limitando l'esposizione fiscale e difendendo le posizioni assunte e la prassi applicata;

  • Soddisfacimento dei requisiti inerenti alla documentazione e la razionalizzazione dei processi;

  • Assistenza in caso di verifica e gestione della fase precontenziosa e contenziosa;

  • Gestione delle controversie e dei rischi legati al transfer pricing.

Le skills che stiamo cercando:

  • Laurea specialistica in Economia;

  • Buona conoscenza del Diritto Tributario;

  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata);

  • Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative;

  • Attitudine al lavoro di gruppo.
