Your key responsibilities

As an HR Business Partner (Lead Talent Consultant) at EY, you will play a pivotal role in aligning our human resources strategy with the business objectives of the Consulting Service Line. You will be responsible for driving talent management initiatives, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring that our people strategies support the growth and success of the organization. Other key responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
• Provide expert HR guidance and support to managers and employees on a range of HR issues, including performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement programs.
• Analyze workforce data and metrics to identify trends and inform decision-making.
• Partner with the recruitment team to ensure a robust talent pipeline for Consulting SL.
• Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a more inclusive workplace.
• Support change management efforts and help facilitate organizational transformation.
• Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to ensure EY remains a competitive employer.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change in a complex organizational environment.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Time and project management skills – able to plan and manage time effectively and flex up and down to deal with key priorities
• CIPD qualification, or will look to pursue the qualification within a year

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in design, or you have clearly demonstrated work experience as a UX/UI designer as part of a design team.
• Knowledge of human-centered design and are familiar with the end-to-end design process, including research, personas, concept creation, customer journeys, user flows, mockups, prototypes, user testing, and visual design deliverables.
• Excellent technical skills in visual design and prototyping software (such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.), with the capability to design wireframes all the way through to final UI.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience in collaborative design workshops
• Conducted user research or user testing
• Other creative skills or developed talents.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and generate fresh ideas for marketing campaigns, design projects and social media content.
• Create visually appealing designs for various platforms, including digital, print, and social media.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging design techniques to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge concepts.
• Revise and refine designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar position
• A degree in visual communication or similar
• Video film & editing skills will be considered as a significant plus.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and, preferably, Premiere & After Effects), as well as MS Office tools, especially Power Point.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques, as well as attention to detail.
• Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Experience in creating concepts for various communication channels.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
• Time and project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
