We are seeking a motivatedto support our SAP Technology Consulting team. This role is ideal for candidates ranging from recent graduates to those with a few years of experience in Project Management or in SAP Consulting. You will play a crucial role in assisting with SAP implementation projects, ensuring that our clients achieve their business transformation goals.

Your key responsibilities

• Assist in managing project team roster and onboarding process for new team members
• Maintain team on-site plan and vacation calendar
• Assist in defining project management processes and quality standards.
• Contribute to planning major phases, milestones, and deliverables in the system implementation lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to project methodologies and tools.
• Maintain workshops plan & schedule workshops according to participants’ availability.​
• Maintain project deliverables, including status reports, minutes of meetings, timesheets, and project documentation.
• Support project planning, monitor project execution and communicate with stakeholders to track activity and deliverables completion against planned dates.

• Assist in monitoring project risks, actions, issues, and mitigation actions.

• Assist in supporting team members on requests related to project management tools (e.g. JIRA)

To qualify for the Role, you must have

• A university degree in information technology, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience in SAP or Project Management is a plus, but not mandatory; we welcome candidates with varying levels of experience.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
• Familiarity with MS-Project and MS-Office tools is desirable.

Your key responsibilities

As a
Facilities Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating and overseeing all aspects of facilities services team, including Maintenance, Security, Cleaning, Service Level Agreements, Consumables, activities of the administrative and cleaning personnel
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

• Negotiate and recommend execution of contracts for purchase of supplies, provisions, services and equipment
• Maintaining meticulous records of past maintenance operations to track and analyze facility performance.

• Building and nurturing relationships with external vendors and contractors, including cleaning services, security personnel, maintenance technicians, and equipment suppliers, to ensure high-quality services and cost-effective deals.
• Conducting audits across all company premises all over Greece, to uphold safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless facility operations and achieve optimal results.
• Assist in the preparation and management of the facilities budget, monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities

What we look for

• Strong academic background with a bachelor’s degree from a top tier university
• Significant work experience in a fast-paced environment in facility management or leading a team
• In depth knowledge of systems, tools and procedures for office maintenance, office & facility management
• Highly skilled in using the MS Office packages (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal skills both in Greek and English
• Deep understanding and knowledge of purchasing practices and procedures.
• Significant team management skills
• A passion to provide high quality service to the stakeholders

• Proactive mindset, actively seeking ways to improve the office environment and promote recycling and other environmentally friendly processes.

Your key responsibilities

Specifically, you’ll need to:

Skills and attributes for success

• BSc in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, or another relevant field
• Up to 2 years of experience in an external/internal Corporate Marketing/Communication or in a Recruitment Marketing/Employer Branding role
• Passion for Events and detailed orchestration, in a corporate or branding context
• Strong communication and teaming skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent negotiation, contract management, project management and procurement skills
• Excellent command of written and oral Greek and English, to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
• Power-user of Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in a global organization and virtual teams

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Knowledge of vendor management, audiovisual equipment or event management software
