Your key responsibilities

As a Finance Transformation Project Management Consultant, you will have an instrumental role in supporting the finance transformation journey of our clients by ensuring successful project execution of their strategic initiatives. To qualify for the role you must have

  • 1-2 years professional working experience in corporate, commercial and/or in M&A law
  • A broad understanding of transactions and corporate tranformations
  • Strong academic record including a university degree in Law from a Greek university
  • LLM in Corporate/Commercial law will be considered as an asset,

To qualify for the role you must have

  • A bachelor's degree in accounting and finance, finance and banking, economics, or data science. An MBA or relevant Master's degree is desirable
  • Strong written and verbal communication in Greek and English
  • Willingness to learn and continuously expand technical and business skills
  • Travelling availability and potential work on projects abroad

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Experience working with clients in the financial services/banking sector, providing you with a keen understanding of the industry's nuances
  • An understanding of banking regulation, supervision concepts, and methods, ensuring compliance and strategic foresight
  • Good business analysis skills
  • Experience on Program and Project Management supported with relevant qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal skills both in Greek and English
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office packages, in particular MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong numerical / analytical ability and a sound grasp of financial accounting
  • Strong team participation, communication, and interpersonal skills, particularly in teams with diverse skills and backgrounds
  • Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, critical thinking and project management skills
  • Willingness to learn, proactivity and the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas and work under tight deadlines
  • Professionalism and consistency in approach to client work, internal business, and practice development
  • Completed military obligations (where applicable)

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Experience in a Big4 professional services firm, or a multinational firm
  • An active ACCA/ACA/CFA certification (or in a final stage of completion)
  • Familiarity with AI-based tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot)
  • Experience in data visualisation using packages, such as Spotfire and/or Power BI
  • Solid negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to develop long-lasting relationships both internally and externally
