• 3 months paid internship
• Internship from January to March 2026, min. 24 hours per week.

As the member of the team, you will assist in coordinating immigration projects in Estonia as well as the day-to-day advice in Estonian immigration matters to the clients. You will also have an opportunity to be involved in compliance and advisory services to employers and/or employees related to global assignments and international social security.

Your key responsibilities

• Coordinate with the day-to-day communications relating to immigration services on multinational clients
• Provide immigration advice to clients in terms of written advice on immigration procedures and timelines as is required
• Preparation of the immigration applications, completing all work in a regimented and seamless manner within the allocated budget and timelines provided
• Supporting with the immigration services administration and housekeeping in terms of milestone updates, billing updates, reporting updates via the designated EY technology platform/s
• You will be responsible for liaising and maintaining effective working relations with overseas EY teams, vendors and client contacts for various sized multinational clients regarding the status of immigration matters and also coordination of any third-party services as may be applicable
• Ensure client satisfaction by ensuring high quality service and technical excellence

Skills and attributes for success

• Experience in and understanding of the Estonian immigration legislation - experience for at least 2-3 years is preferrable
• Excellent project management skills and experience
• Very good verbal and written reporting and communication skills in Estonian and English
• Be well organised systematic worker, attention to detail is important
• Have willingness to learn
• Have strong ability to work on multiple projects at once – must be able to handle multiple requests from various people

As an, you will assist in various audit engagements in different industry sectors. As you build your finance & audit knowledge and experience, you will become a credible auditor, influencing clients and engagement teams on resolutions that will impact entire industries. Apply if you are a last year student and do not have lectures, a graduate or already have work experience.

Your key responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of the audit client’s business.
• Interact with the clients to collect all the necessary data and information, set-up and maintain audit files, etc.
• Support the planning, execution, and delivery of assurance engagements.
• Clearly and accurately document the execution of audit procedures as defined by the engagement objectives, and planned audit approach.
• Data and information analysis while working on various audit projects.

Attributes to thrive in the role

• Drive to gain deep understanding of finance & accounting, business management (some previous experience would be an advantage), motivation and willingness to grow as an expert in audit field.
• Proper mix of strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Strong academic record including a university degree or being last year student in economics / finance / accounting or any other related area.
• Excellent spoken and written Estonian and English.
• Ability to work full time.
