Your Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to grow our Finance Transformation portfolio, including digital finance, process optimization, FP&A modernization, automation, and ERP/EPM-enabled solutions. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of the, with a consultative, value-led approach to selling to CFOs and senior finance leaders.

To Qualify for the Role you must have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with a minimum of 6 years’ working experience, preferably with 2 years in a business consulting role in a leading consultancy firm. Candidates with lesser experience will be considered at Senior Associate Level.
• 5+ years in B2B sales or consulting, ideally in finance transformation, digital transformation, or ERP/automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of local market dynamics and client needs.
• Strong understanding of finance operations and CFO-level priorities.
• Proven track record meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills.
• Specialisation in Financial Services Sector i.e banking, insurance and wealth asset management will be preferred

As a Transformation Architecture Consultant in Transformation Architecture, you will be part of the team that helps clients solve enterprise-wide strategic, organizational, and operational issues by architecting solutions for complex problems. The focus activities would be related translating strategy, redesigning operating models, transforming the operations and processes, and improving overall business performance.

You will be expected to define problems and hypothesize solutions, facilitate client discussions, and present proposed improvements, perform qualitative and quantitative research for analytical purpose and consolidate different findings to support implementation activities. Our consultants work expands beyond client work, as you would be expected to support on business development activities, proposal writing and knowledge building activities.

Your responsibilities:
