Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between finance business users and the technical team to gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Configure and implement core Finance modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Cash & Bank Management) within Dynamics 365 F&O, Dynamics 365 Business Central and SAP platforms.
• Support end-to-end process design, testing, training , and post-implementation activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business processes with system capabilities.
• Participate in data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live support.
• Provide ongoing system support, issue resolution, and process improvement recommendations.
• Prepare documentation including functional design documents, test cases, and user manuals.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements during solution design.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in accounting, auditing, or financial operations.
• Prior exposure to ERP systems is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of financial processes , reporting, and internal controls.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and multinational environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong grasp of core finance processes , including Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report cycles.
• Ability to interpret and document business and accounting requirements clearly.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency.
• Effective communication skills for engaging with finance teams, auditors, and project stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliations) ; familiarity with financial data analysis tools is a plus.
• Interest or basic exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or other ERP platforms (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, SAP).

• The successful candidates will have the opportunity to train for the TQUK LEVEL 6 DIPLOMA IN ACCOUNTING in either our Nicosia or Limassol offices, in the Assurance business service line.
• The TQUK Diploma is a stand-alone recognized qualification in Accounting and an ACCA accredited program of study giving its holders 9 exemptions from the ACCA papers.
• Practical experience earned during the TQUK studies counts towards the ACCA Practical Experience Requirement of 36 months

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• High school leaving certificate with a minimum grade of 80% or 16/20 or a Bachelor’s Degree on any field of study
