Your Key Responsibilities:

• Administering trainings for CESA (sending invites, tracking responses, etc.).
• Preparing regular/ad hoc learning reports and statistics for CESA region.
• Managing sites for CESA L&D teams using site builder (no IT background needed).
• Working with Learning Management System: opening classes, initiating assignments, keeping track of learners’ progress including registrations and awarded hours.
• Performing other learning and development activities by request.
• Technical support for online trainings in MS Teams: presentations, recording sessions, managing polls and breakoutrooms.

Requirements:

• -intermediateEnglishproficiency.
• Advanced MS Exceland analytical skills.
• A bachelor's degree or a student in their last years of study.
• Ability and desire to collaborate and work with learning stakeholders in CESA Region.
