Role Overview

As anwithin EY Consulting Belgium, you will spearhead strategic digital initiatives for European Union institutions. When you join our Tax department, you'll help local and global clients navigate the complex, ever-changing world of Transaction Tax. You’ll be working closely with colleagues across borders, using EY tools and networks to solve complex business and tax problems.

Your Key Responsibilities

• You are involved in Transaction/ M&A client engagements;
• You will collaborate with a team of Transaction Tax professionals to combine diverse cross-border transaction experience with local tax knowledge across a broad spectrum of industries;

Your key responsibilities for respective Region or Sub Service Line

• Execute WFP weekly, monthly, and annual processes in support of business strategy.
• Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders (Leadership, Talent, Experience Management, Finance, Recruiting).
• Daily/weekly coordination and input of data into Workforce Planning Tools (IOWP and Workforce Tracker) for Operational Workforce Planning.
