  • A proven track record in SaaS subscription sales, particularly in complex accounts, evidenced by quota overachievement and strong customer references.
  • In-depth understanding and, ideally, experience in selling solutions related to Enterprise Search, Log Analytics, Security, APM, and Cloud.
  • Adept at building relationships and establishing credibility with both developers and executives.
  • Consistent and accurate sales forecasting skills using SFDC.
  • Enthusiasm for the Open Source model and a deep appreciation for the community relying on our solutions.

  • Drive high‑volume activity – average ~50 calls, 20 emails/chats, and 5–8 live demos per day to build and progress a 3× pipeline.
  • Segment & prioritize 2,500 accounts – leverage intent data and marketing nurtures to focus on the highest‑propensity buyers and maximize coverage.
  • Forecast with precision – maintain clean, up‑to‑date opportunities in Salesforce and commit accuracy using MEDDPICC (or similar).
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally – partner with Marketing, Channel, and Solutions Architecture to accelerate cycles and ensure customer success.
  • Deliver a bilingual customer journey – seamlessly switch between English and French in all communications, demos, and negotiations.

What You Bring

  • 2 + years of quota‑carrying inside‑sales or SDR/BDR closing experience in SaaS, cloud, or software.
  • Proven record of exceeding quotas in a high‑velocity environment.
  • Full professional fluency in English and French, written and spoken.
  • Strong discovery, presentation, and negotiation skills with a data‑driven approach to managing pipeline and activity.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and sales‑engagement tools.

Bonus Points

  • Experience selling search, data, security, or observability platforms—especially in an Open Source or consumption‑based model.
  • Familiarity with Canadian SLED or Commercial SMB segments.
