This is an experienced team lead role where you will be working with the team that delivers ES|QL, our new piped query language. We're looking to add a Senior Product Manager to the Platform Team for the Elastic Stack and Elastic Cloud, the official managed service for running Elasticsearch. In this role you will be responsible for defining and delivering core services and components for which our search, observability, and security user experiences are built off of. You will help create and maintain amazing user experiences that help data admins manage their data in Elastic at scale. To be successful, you will bring a strong eye for all things UX, be technically minded, and thrive in cross-functional environments–building consensus across varied stakeholders and use cases.

• Partner to define the vision and strategy for Data Management in Elasticsearch and Kibana and to develop the overall data admin experience

Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary plus a variable component, that together comprise the On-Target Earnings (OTE). On-Target Earnings (OTE) are based on a 70/30 pay mix (base salary / target variable).

The typical starting OTE range for new hires in this role is listed below. This range represents the lowest to highest OTE we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.
