What you will accomplish:

• Unpack, review, and sort inventory to verify product condition and authenticity

• Catalog inventory with detailed titles and key attributes that pertain to filters on our platforms

• Store, putaway, and maintain organized storage areas for inventory accuracy and accessibility

• Pack, label, and ship items within 48 hours of payment date according to established processes and carrier requirements

• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure items are processed safely and efficiently

• Own individual projects while adapting daily to changing tasks and priorities, contributing to all warehouse operations as needed

• Assist with developing and improving standard operating procedures (SOPs) for receiving, stowing, cataloguing and shipping

• Support testing or pilot programs for new tools, systems, or operational workflows in the incubation environment

What you will bring:

Qualification Preferences:

Job Requirement:

• Experience and Knowledge of networking fundamentals like TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6

• Knowledge of routing protocols like BGP, OSPF, MPLS etc.

• Knowledge of network protocols like ARP, DHCP, DNS, TFTP etc.

• Understanding of Routers, Switches, VLAN, WAN, Internet Connectivity.

• Knowledge of Wi-Fi protocols including all standards of 802:11a/b/g/N/A.c and supporting protocols including RADIUS, UDP, VPN, ACL’s, LDAP etc

• Base level experience in Linux/Unix systems and open source tools.

• Knowledge in languages like Python etc.

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

• Ability to cross-correlate events and troubleshoot issues quickly.

• Experience in working on HW platforms from vendors like Cisco, Arista, Juniper and Aruba. Juniper Mist is a plus.

• Ability to work shift schedules including early/late hours and weekends.

• Monitor the technical bridge during shifts and handle the Sev calls.

• Knowledge on Global protect, Palo alto firewalls and Azure is a plus.

Job Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent required

● Certification in JNCIA, CCNA or equivalent preferred

● 3 - 4 yrs experience in hands-on router switch or Wi-Fi configuration preferred

● Knowledge of network technology fundamentals like TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6, VLAN, WLAN, CIDR,
