What you will accomplish

  • Conduct data driven fraud monitoring of high-risk policy areas, preparing and escalating identified cases to the investigation team.

  • Identify systems risk within operational processes and provide clear, actionable recommendations for mitigation.

  • Analyze control effectiveness and provide recommendations to continuously improve our fraud detection capabilities.

  • Assist in establishing and implementing the GCX IT Audit and Control testing program.

  • Update as appropriate reports in relation to activities and projects assigned.

  • Document IT controls, flowcharts, policies

  • Assist with implementing new processes and controls in response to changes in the business environment, such as new product introduction and internal process changes applying a risk lens.

  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including Operations and CSMT, to provide IT related risk insights and build consensus on mitigation efforts.

  • Develop and present clear, succinct analysis and data-driven findings to leadership and business partners.

What you will bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent work experience

  • 1+ years of controls, compliance, and/or risk operations experience, or relevant work experience, preferably within the eCommerce or financial services industry, and preferably comfortable with identifying systems and applications risks and controls

  • Strong communication and documentation skills

  • Proficient at navigating through ambiguity along with balancing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced changing environment

Preferred Skills / Experience

  • Comfortable running SQL queries

  • Data visualization and proficiency with visualization software (Tableau, BIX / MicroStrategy, Google Sheets, etc.)

  • Experience identifying, assessing, and documenting risk

  • Experience designing, implementing, and testing controls

  • Experience assessing, monitoring, and remediating deficient controls

  • Experience with investigations and reporting findings

We are looking for an experienced HR Adviser to join our People Experience Team to support our Business Units in EMEA, in particular France & Ireland.

People Experience is part of the global People Team and is the face for managers and employees across the company. The team members are responsible for being experts in EMEA people-related jurisdictional knowledge and support approx. 3,000 employees across 9 countries on processes and queries related to the employee lifecycle.

What you will accomplish
  • Responds to and resolves HR related inquiries from employees, managers, Centres of Expertise (e.g. Compensation, Benefits, Talent Engagement and Payroll) and vendors via Livechat and Case Management System against agreed Service Level Agreements.
  • Maintains and updates data to ensure accurate HR records (Workday), employee files, reporting and compliance.
  • Responsible for full employee lifecycle including administering and executing HR programs related to compensation, benefits and leaves.
  • Provide onboarding support ensuring candidates have a full understanding of the onboarding process and candidate communication and employment related documentation are provided in line with defined service level agreement.
  • Coach and mentor People Leaders providing advice on employment policies, processes and best practice.
  • Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders including Operations Managers, PBP’s, Legal and external vendors ensuring the delivery of effective, efficient and professional end to end HR service.
  • Participate and/or lead projects & initiatives to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Continuously promote and drive engagement in cultural programs and initiatives to help build and sustain a positive culture.

Experience

  • 2+ years Human Resources experience desirable
  • Degree or certificate or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related discipline (preferred)
  • Understanding & experience of working with French employment law is desirable
  • Fluent French Language required
